College doesn't matter, what matters is knowledge and confidence and skills to express yourself so that you can make others understand that you actually have knowledge.

Hi, you should target companies which are using .net or you can spend some time learning a new framework and then look for a job. I'm sure learning new framework won't take you long as you already have experience :)
