You don’t describe how to create the mechanism that connects the wagon to the scooter.
How is the wagon attached and please discuss turns or include those aspects in a UA-cam video please.

You can buy this wagon at Walmart, Sam's, Target, and a host of other stores, exactly as shown here. While they have demonstrated an excellent use for it in combination with a power chair, I'd bet my boots it would be cheaper at Walmart! I got mine years ago for $60. I think the price is about the same still. You may have to order it if out of summer season. I am with others when it comes to how to attach it to the chair, but it appears to not be a terribly sophisticated arrangement. I LOVE my wagon, with or without the chair! Thanks for a great idea.
Walmart does carry several different versions and sizes. But, they're no longer $60, and they're quite flimsy & cheaply made.
I picked up an old kids wheelchair that was thrown out. I removed the back & the seat, and attached a large plastic tote to it, and added heavy duty straps to it, that wrap around & fasten the back of my electric wheelchair. It's my only means of transportation, and makes it so much easier hauling groceries from the store.
I just bought one of these to tow behind my chair, It looks like you just used a strap to attach the wagon to the chair, anything I should look out for on this?
The final part of the clip says it all! How do you turn?! I can't see this being safe as it's hard enough to manoeuvre a powerchair without adding hinder to an already difficult task. I can only see this being apparently on a straight run outdoors and you would need help to un attach it.
He was definitely a bit awkward backing up. But, it only turned because he accidentally turned slightly, causing the cart to turn.
Backing up straight would keep the cart straight. Backing up to the left would cause the cart to turn left. It's the same backing up principals as a semi trailer would use when backing up. And, there are plenty of videos on UA-cam to demonstrate backing up.
At 2:18 when he was backing out and the cart started to turn, did I hear an “Ohh!”?

@@merryhunt9153 I have a wheelchair myself and also an ambulatory wheelchair user also wheelchair users that are unable to walk transfer onto the toilet with a wheelchair next to them that’s how people that are ambulatory wheelchair users that can walk would walk the couple of steps

I can't walk any steps or my two friends who are in wheelchairs, You should edit your statement to say "some", not "most", because that simply is not true.
