- Today we're checking out the i2000 tws fake Airpods, possibly the best cheap fake airpods you can get right now!

Overall these i2000 are not perfect, but they are overall very solid and at such a low price they are a very attractive offer. The pop-up display and gesture controls both work quite well, and the overall design of the airpods and the case feels quite good as well.
There are some minor flaws like the L and R legends being a slightly different font on these i2000s compared to the real airpods, and overall they are slightly cheaper feeling, but for only about $30 they are quite the steal!
I was provided with these i2000 airpods by Gearbest, however, as always I have made sure to offer my honest impressions.

How do you charge the case for the i12 TWS

Ordered a pair from the vendor and several things I noticed in usage:
Unboxing:
-The wrapping on the pod case in the box aren’t the same as the video
Case and fitting:
-The AirPods wiggle a bit in the cavity
-The lid is also slightly wiggly near the max of hyper extension
-The light doesn’t have a diffuser
-The battery indicator isn’t accurate. The % changes up and down when you open and close it multiple times, sometimes from 10% to 80% in seconds (EDIT: To be honest I think it might be throwing a random number)
-The plastic hinge means quicker wear of the open and closing of the case
-Shaking the case vertically produces a clicking noise
-Closing the lid isn’t as good. The fit, weight, and click isn’t as satisfying as the real AirPods. These have a light lid.
User Interface:
-Can’t get triple tap to work. But double tap can be edited in settings independently for both sides.
-Sensor works well 95% of the time. Sometimes it may switch between detecting and I detecting despite being in the ear. Taking it out and waiting a few seconds then putting it back in fixes it
Sound:
-Slight sound leak
-Strong mid but I didn’t find the base particularly strong (Some heavy base tracks just sound like a fart)
Battery:
-The indicator is haywire, so perception is varied, but on what seems like full charge it’s okay
As this is my first it will serve as a benchmark, but it seems ok
UPDATE: After about 2 months of use, the battery in the right one is worn out (lasts 20 minutes) and the left one lasts only 1.5 hrs. :( I do not recommend

No more red and blue lights, but also not possible to change the name.

both are pretty similar, just get whichever is cheaper for you. I would probably go with these i2000's if i had to choose
