First President to have his photograph taken.
Stu Pidity think it was Zachary Taylor actually
Yep, in 1843
Es
@@JW-th4nn Actually the first US President to be autographed was William Henry Harrison, Back in 1841
@Jotaro Kujo Yeah historically speaking that's correct, not sure about autographed though 😂.
Harrison was the 9th POTUS and first one actually photographed back in 1841. Wasn't he the shortest serving???
Adams was the 6th POTUS therefore making him the first served president to be photographed in 1843.
His son looks just like him, Charles Francis Adams.
Technically, you could consider JQA to be the last founding father president, because he was directly involved with the diplomacy in several European countries during the Revolution even though he was 14.
God afternoon, teachers should teach this information to the now and next generation of children, I only wish I was taught about John Quincy Adams!

My favorite president. No one has done as much as he has against slavery
With the exception of the actual slaves themselves

Thank you John for all you have done. I never ever forget about Abolishonists from the past. If it wasn't for you all, blacks wouldn't be free today. Thank you.
@Michael Shaker Not his father. Slavery was around long before his time and he fought to end it. I think thats pretty admiral
@Michael Shaker True dat!

6. Quincy Adams
Yes folks he was a Republican.
Political party
Federalist (1792-1808)
Democratic-Republican (1809-1828)
National Republican (1828-1830)
Anti-Masonic (1830-1834)
Whig (1834-1848)
- Wikipedia
There is a more direct link between the Democratic-Republicans and the modern Democratic Party than there is between any of the parties listed there and the modern Republican Party.
@@erraticonteuse no cause the Democratic-Republicans wanted a weaker goverment like modern republican
@@lindsaykania106 Andrew Jackson wanted smaller government, and Andrew Jackson was indisputably a Democrat. Jackson vetoed the Bank of the United States, but then 100 years later, Woodrow Wilson who was also definitely a Democrat instituted the modern version of the Bank of the United States, the Federal Reserve. The party's stances on many things have shifted over time.
@@erraticonteuse still the whole party of the democratic republicans was based on a smaller goverment
@@lindsaykania106 My point is that calling JQA "a Republican" as if that has any relevance to today's Republican party is dumb.
My bday is on july 11
um wasn't Washinton the founding father.

Kids in those days grew up fast and had too... Today kids grow WOKE!
Dude was a staunch abolitionist. In his days he was the definition of woke.
@@knightimer2 how so? What is the correlation between today's WOKE and so called 'WOKE' of then? How do you even relate true abolition, having to do with 'natural' vs 'anything goes'(unnatural)? There's a difference between morals and anything goes. A difference between 'knowing' nd 'understanding'. A difference between 'teaching' and 'nuturing'.
