That's a beautiful house and all its furniture, I love it. I must say you truly know a lot of history of these places you go to, and that makes it interesting, fun and educational. Thank you so much Steve for bringing out these awesome videos for us to watch. God Bless you, stay safe, and good night.

Awesome video! I love old homes like that! And yes the Damn Guide merch is great. My cat tries to take over my Dam blanket every time I have it on the bed! LOL
Hi Stephen. What an interesting and informative video about the Sorrel Weed house. You did an awesome job presenting the history of this huge house in all of its grand magnificence. I can’t wait for your next video. Take care, stay safe and well Stephen. Please give your precious puppa a hug for me. I’m hoping that your Easter parcel that I sent arrives soon and hopefully the chocolate hasn’t melted. Love and friendship, From Cheryl ( New South Wales, Australia) xxxxoooo
Hi Steve , another brilliant video , seeing the terrible slave quarters made me shudder, also very interesting where "pop goes the weasel" comes from ,Well Done on another great video ☘️x
I really love your work. You explain the history of the buildings you explore! You are getting better with each video you make. You have a big fan in me. Keep up the good work and you will go far brother!!!
G'day Stephen, that was really interesting. I especially loved your part of the tour where you explained the individual items and what they were made of. Sending love from Australia.
Awesome video. Loved learning about the history of the house. I never really liked learning about history in school, but you make it so much more interesting. I felt like I was on the tour too.
It was crazy how he married the sister and went on to have 8 more children!!!! Those were the crazy 1800’s- lol! 😂 The house was so beautiful. Did you feel weird giving us a tour while the other people were taking the tour... were they like👀👀👀 “Is that Stephen The Dam Guide!!!”🤣🤣🤣
This was very interesting, thank you for the video...too bad we couldn’t see the pic of the lady....Such a historical place and the tour guide wears a Mel Brooks shirt????
Hey love your videos! But ... I always thought 'pop' was the slang for 'pawn' back then and 'weasel' was referring to your best suit or coat - 'weasel and stoat' ... So you'd be pawning your best suit for 'rice and treacle' to get you by until payday when you'd collect it again. Maybe I'm wrong though. Just never heard of it being referred to a spinning wheel before!
@@TheDamGuide Thank you for letting me know I sometimes ask him I don’t know if he sees my question about if he still talks to you so I’m glad that you’re still friends I don’t think you’ve put in a new contact out recently I look sometimes you seem like such a wonderful guy I’ve always noticed how really nice you are you just seem like a wonderful person with a wonderful heart Wish there was more men like you 😘🥰

Luna is doing great, laying beside me! After a drop of revenue I had to get back to working working. Sadly it's knocked down my personal time, so I haven't had the time to travel to make new content. I miss you all though!
Keep up the amazing job, Stephen!
