I just finished rewatching the area 51 cave explorations you and Franko did OMG ! You guys are either insane or brave. That was terrifying. I would be so scared to run out of batteries/flash lights. If that happened you'd have been f'd! I know you don't make videos any more but thanks for all the ones you did make. I hit pause on a small phone screen and I saw 3 dots of light. It's maybe a ghost or an orb. The man you saw.

I grew up a few miles from Mine #21, in fact of evening time you could sometimes hear the fans from that mine. I remember coming home from school that evening and cars parked at the Grays Creek entrance and we (kids on the school bus) all wondered what was going on, I didn't know anyone of the 13 personally but my parents did.

I just clicked because I was curious, but you gave a very good presentation of things few people will ever actually see.

Well, this hit hard. I couldn't watch all of it. My daddy, a retired miner, was in the hospital with terminal cancer when this happened. My mother, brother and I tried every trick we could think of to keep the tv off any channel where they were talking about the explosion because we knew he'd take it hard if he found out. I remember that night waiting for word from the mine. It was awful awful awful. May they all rest in peace.

My father Anthony Patton ran Patton mining coal company. I'm hi son Michael Patton. I worked in the mines for a couple of years. I met some real hard working men out there on Whitwell mountain. Good people

They are no words for this my heart goes out to the family of these miners I was in the explosion in 1983 McClure no 1 mines on evening shift that killed 7 miners one of them was the first women killed in a Virginia coal mines it was a clinchfield coal mines McClure no 1 mines they are no words for the way I feel iv never got over it 2 of the men road to work with me God bless you and your family

I live in Grundy County. My pa was a coal miner along with my great uncle and others. Fortunately they weren’t in this mine. Every time I go to my grandmothers house we pass by mine 21. Even though I wasn’t born yet, my heart still goes out to all the families. I would recommend going to the Grundy County historical center or the Palmer coal miners museum.

The mercury poisoning should be a good enough explanation. “Why did he do it?” “Wouldn’t it have been easier to just cremate the bodies?”. I’m not downplaying what happened. Not at all. It was horrible and my condolences to the families with loved ones that were mistreated. Ever heard the term “Mad as a hatter?”. Well hatters back in the day used mercury in the process to make hats. A lot would get mercury poisoning and would literally and figuratively go mad. That being said. Why do insane people do the things that they do? “Oh well they are just insane!”. But really why? Some hear voices, hallucinate etc. all of that plus some can occur with mercury poisoning and if he was indeed suffering from that well that is the answer.

I haven’t heard from you for a while or any of your videos. I was just wondering how you were doing if you’re doing OK just checking in on you… I have a cat who is 17 and has kidney disease.. I have three different heart problems that are killing me and stomach cancer. If you have an extra prayer, please say one for us me and my cat.🙏🏻

I remember when this story came out I was glue to the TV watching every night because I could not believe someone could really do this for years and no one knew. His dad may have been sick but he started this awful practice of dumping the bodies he showed his son what to do they spent the money and didn't fix the machine to cremate the bodies properly Brent Marsh should be cremated the way he did those bodies not just disappear 😢I pray he see those bodies every night. I live in Georgia he put a stain on our state and the human race.😢

Being I was a modern day coal miner there is no way you can go underground with cigarettes,lighter matchs,camera or a phone and it's so sad it takes a tragedy like this to rules and regulations to where you are 100% not allowed to do. I've been checked going in while I was under and in my way out! R.I.P to the men and families!!

Just watching the video gave me chills, when he is at the property even though is 20 years later I can feel something really bad happened. I wouldn't be able to be there. And I don't understand how the closest residents to the crematorium didn't notice the smell of so many bodies just laying there in sheds.
