Thank you sir for this informative video. I had schizophrenia when i was 19 i suffered it for almost a year . I took medications in that phase . I don't have that symptoms now , i am normal now but sometimes i feel anxious or i overthing about some life events will this triggert those symptoms again or its normal . Should I consult phychotrist or not?
