This is the ONLY one in Tennessee! | The Harpeth River | Solo Floating the Harpeth

Today we are taking you on a really fun and totally free adventure just outside Nashville Tennessee! You will need to grab a tube, a kayak, a canoe, or a stand up paddle board, plenty of sunscreen and bug spray, and a waterproof bag for your essentials. There are three different floats that you can do in this area on the Harpeth but today we are focusing on the only option that you can float ENTIRELY SOLO, without the need for two vehicles! Make sure you check the water levels for the Harpeth River before you head out, and then just put The Narrows of the Harpeth into your GPS! Be prepared though because this float can take between 4-8 hours to complete!
