I appreciate all your tests you do on the different machines, will be very interested in seeing what the AlgaForce 1500 can do on our goldfields, with the evo coils. Perhaps you will test that machine when it arrives here in the USA? I am particularly interested in 1/2 gram to 2 gram nuggets with the new machine. Perhaps with a 14x9 Evo coil.
Nice video. I replaced my sdc for the axiom so far has served me well. The 11 dd fc coil in nice can hit gold the sdc cant, proven that with a friends sdc a side by side comparisons. Wouldnbe nice in a coil was made that can hit gr size gold on the edge. If i dont want to hear small size targets ill swith to normal or large.
Watching your video this morning I noticed some of those nuggets make what I call a breathing noise. Almost like an inhale exhale sound from a harmonica. I've passed so many sounds like that in the field thinking it's just ground noise. I better start scratching some more dirt to check those signals!
You were trying to run the Nuggets across the centre of a mono coil the Monaco is not sensitive in the middle it is sensitive on the front and the rear
What do you mean by not in the ground? Do you mean not naturally in the ground? Those tests are coming if that's what you mean. Always good to have some idea of what a machine will do out of the gate. So I think this test is relevant when a person first gets a new metal detector.
We have some idea by the test you have done, its a gold detector that cant detect gold. what a waste of money. not waiting for the in ground test if it will not pick it up in air its got no chance..
He had sensitivity set to 3 because of emi interference close by.Crank it up to 8 sensitivity and it picks most of those targets a lot deeper. I own one and it finds gold deep. nearly all remote areas you can run them flat out. @@martinsmith2984
@@martinsmith2984 Did you watch the rest of the video when the targets were buried? BTW those 2 smaller gold nuggets the GPX 6000 wouldn't get them either rubbing it on the coil. Only a VLF will pick those 2 smaller nuggets up.
@@RelicsRings ...but! you can swap coils on the 6000 and it blows the Axiom away. Also, Minelab have released some fixes for the 6000 but Woody @ Detectormods can get it running like a different machine. The Axiom is a cheap, low power detector that does "ok" for an entry level machine. I have one and think it is the worst PI machine I've ever used.

Thanks, glad you like the videos. I do plan on getting the Alfoforce and will do some videos when it arrives in the US.

Great video. Maybe i missed it but did you mention what sensitivity you had it set to? Your threshold was dead quiet. Thanks for sharing
6000 was 2 from max, Axiom was at 6 and 4500 was at 12 out of 15

Yea I always like to boot scrape those sounds and see if they get any better.
Not bad at all I’d like to see it up against a SDC 2300 comparison thanks for the video
Thanks. Unfortunately, I don't have the SDC 2300.
Would have been nice to compare depth at maximum sensitivity of 8 which is were I run mine everywhere
I'll do some more testing in the future. I was getting too much interference from the army base across the highway to run it much higher.

Just wondering what your threshold setting was set to? Can't hear any threshold.
I think it was -6 it can be heard in headphones, doesn't sound that loud on the video.
Great demonstration mr.
Thanks Joel
Funny.... It sounds like a Minelab😅
Yea the sounds are very close
Eu gostei muito brevi isto garreti
It aint no test if its not in the ground, what a waste of time..🙄
