Thank you Jass! :) From what I've experienced so far, it's a mix of Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 mechanics. You can use a Research Lab to get more items but if you want to keep researching you need materials and perks. I'm still working through it all, being on console it's taking a bit longer (plus the game is just nice to play so I really am immersing myself in it for a bit).
@@DakaTheWanderer Sounds like it is a very enjoyable game! I was wondering if Bethesda based it off their current titles... Where resources played an important role in the overall progression of the game. I am keen to check it out :-), I may have to look into it a lil earlier than I planned too... lol. Yes there is! There is a little panel on the wall as you walk in (time stamp 0:50) on the right! There’s a bit you can decorate with but you can use the Research Lab to research more (I found a chair that I could research). You’ll also need quite a few materials to fully decorate a home.
Yeah, I'm not going to buy it. It's nice, but not for that many credits. The manor I bought in Akila isn't much smaller than this and it's drastically cheaper.

Penthouse is horrible one room for 250,000 credits lol, when I brought it I was so confused like where's the rest of it...even showing this video in slow mo didn't help 😂😂
Bro you can actually get this for free if you go all the way to the top of the building and jump off the side of the vents. Walk in from the back doors. Free pent house lmao. Just gotta do it every time :/
