Love this band so much. I had ALL of their albums through Apple Music and was devastated to go back in and find their album ‘Waiting For Sunrise’ was no longer available here in the UK. HOW? HOW? HOW can that possibly be? They’re TOO good to not be available to everyone’s ears. GUTTED one of my favourite post rock bands have an album missing from my April Rain folder! 😩
I listened most of their album, some of the pianist album really wonderful. I can say April Rain is one of the best Instrumental Post Rock band in the worldwide.
@@user-xj3hc2tq4k post rock is a sub-genre of instrumental rock that's mainly compared to soundtracks. You can search it up, there's some pretty good bands, and it's awesome if you like instrumental music :)
@@user-xj3hc2tq4k It's often instrumental rock, sometimes sounding similar to film soundtracks as Hugo mentioned above. I'd add that musical influences and similarities branch from indie rock to a progressive rock sound akin to Pink Floyd. For post-rock band with lyrics I'd suggest to look up Sigur Ros, for instance
Man, the way the whole set ebbs and flows so naturally is really wonderful. That quiet shift in the second half of Cat's Cradle really was beautiful. Well done, guys. Really well done. Gah.
These dudes really give a lot of the bigger post rock bands a run for their money.. I dont think Caspian, nor explosions in the sky have dynamics down as well as these guys.
Love that you put on a post rock band but they sound a bit lackluster to my ears. Gave it a solid try and just not hearing the epicness everyone keeps talking. Would love for you to have We Lost the Sea on sometime!
Check out their records. Their dynamics and tone here are great, especially for a live take, but the albums are a different experience altogether. Found them back in like 2013 and it really, really grew on me. My personal favorite repeat albums are "One is glad to be of Service" and "Waiting for Sunrise." Give em a shot. And hey, if you don't dig em, you don't dig em. But for me, i really appreciate the sense of yearning in their music.
“Sleeping Beauty Syndrome” is my favorite! So cool to see, especially during the “wild” last minute of it
I was lucky to see April Rain when teaching English in Moscow back in 2016, a fantastic highly talented band

Everyone has a horse head, например.

Agreed. Their taste for melodies and dynamic changes are really, really wonderful. Glad to see them getting some love!

Amazing truly

Then you must not have seen Caspian live, I don't think it's as weak as them.

this is hot fire baby
Proposed to have an interview after they having performance. Make it real audiotree please.
👍👍👍👍

Shiiit makes me wanna go
RrrrrrrrrrrrrrrAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
If the camera didn't move so much, it would definitely be a better video
