The equipment manufacturers need to consider making a “Mike Mitchell Edition” for each of their products. Ten feet wider, Ten mph faster, ten more speakers and an 18/10 SS coffee cup holder!
Every manufacturer should have a cup holder that hold a big yeti cup and a cheap 12 oz water bottle. That’s absolutely what goes in those cup holders 95% of the time.
Wow there is a lot of pro’s on this sprayer so far. 2100 gallon tank 40 mph long booms great view. But the piece of junk cup holder ruins it all lol. Great video can’t wait for the next one. Be safe and have a good one.
Mike, simply the best. Got to love how you don't hold back on any critique, as it should be. Hope your harvest bushels were what you were anticipating. Keep the videos coming.
Mike you are totally right about the coffee cup holder! Never can understand why they make them so short! The first bump and over it goes! Such a simple thing U would thing someone would get a clue! And the touch screen sectional shut off controls would be a nightmare when bouncing around!
Seems very practical, all the features are straight forwardly useful and look heavy duty. The air brakes and the direct boom control especially. The plumbing also looks simple enough.
When I saw the thumbnail before opening the vid, I thought: "You have some of the weirdest looking tractors. I have GOT to watch this." I'm still not disappointed. Derp is good. We should all be fluent in "Derp"
HEY MIKE!! I've been watching you for a while and always wanted to comment on videos but never had an account so just want to say I love your videos and your probably my favorite farmer on UA-cam. Keep up the great work!!
Mike Im interested in seeing the hub of a farm your size. There must be somebody making decisions ordering, mechanical opetations a place where the grand puba is operating from and paper work must be quite substantial also. I think there could be a lot to be learned in keeping that operation a float so to speak! IM not asking for specifics but the system that keeps the kios to a minimum would be very helpful.
I like the sound of the engine outside idling, sounds strong. No corner posts in the way. Needs air horn! I like this sprayer also for the road speed. and large tank. This I would buy for this size of farm.
Get a rail to put under the screen. Just something to set your thumb on to steady your hand while aiming for a touch button. They use them on the SpaceX capsule touch screens, so it must work.
Awesome, this Agrifac Condor machine showed up Mikey!! Asked you on Agrifac before, that you might consider it, see some of my previous comments. Now it is already there, you're so FAST and ADAPTIVE buddy !😉👌👍 Enjoy the ride! Look forward to Pros and Cons, will be good. Quite nice of a review already mike, and this puppy is also very quiet. Enjoy ride, look farward to Condor Prt 2 😉👌
You need to build your own coffee cup holder that fits the factory ones and is big enough to hold a water bottle or coffee cup.maybe they will see it and want to buy it from you .
Used to sell these in the Uk - the original condor - managed to get 75kph (40mph) - beast of a sprayer! They used to run on air suspension while the Pantera was on same chassis but with hydraulic ride. The J boom is awesome even with out levelling
Only the sound of the hydraulic driving system at 40 mph is a lot of noise, especially when they are breaking, not that your neighbors would notice, haha Common!!!! (Mike style)
Imagine trying to shut off a section on the touch screen while driving through a wash out. Your finger would slide all over the place setting the map to a whole different universe while all them secret menus you have been searching for pop up like "hoooly crap" (quoting Mike right here) 😂
Mike I think I have partially confirmed that the sprayer you demo’d is the one we own now. I noticed in the overhead light switches one of the nobs was slightly offset to the left of the indicator at 13:31, our sprayer has the same switch.
The 2 knobs beside the i dunno buttons are the boom shutoffs. As you turn em itll turn off individual nozzles starting from the outside. Turn it the other way they turn back on.
Right, I think I pointed that out in the next video.. I don't like how they turn from the out in off - it's the same as the Deere.. So many times I go flying over a slough in the middle out.. I would prefer toggle switches for easy access..
Have you thought about making some merchandise? I know a couple big fans who'd love to have a mike mitchell farm beer cozy or hat! Cheers, love the channel!
Ran a Horsch last summer and hated that thing. This one looks like it would be a helluva lot better than the Horsch. I did like the way Horsch did the interior and the Raven system was quite nice (though hopelessly complicated imo)
Mikes definition of a bad day : no cup holders and a pro-tilled hat. "COME ON"....... that hat does have a story to tell its grand kids though. Been there done it and survived.
Enjoyed the video! Mike, you should do a series on the Discovery Channel. You would handle it very well because you always keep the attention span of the viewer interested. I bet it would be a success!!
I was wondering also how they would get around the 25 mph limit for the SMV sign. And if they removed it from the equipment what other laws would then also apply.
Should have waited for this one before buying the Case IH. This one with bigger booms, a bigger tank, and more road speed matches all of your cons about the others. Your Canadian Tire or Princess Auto stores should have a cup holder like you want. Probably $5.99 Canadian money.
Here's more info about the Agrifac Condor Preformance II, ... I think some of them are on the option-list. sprayers101.com/agrifac-endurance-ii/ - 8000 ltr tank, max. 180ft boom (55m) and some other options. 😉
Pwm pulse width modulation. Turns off and on at a various times in side of a sec to control flow rate avg used for hydraulics alot very good for precision
You should try a GVM Prowler or an Ag Truck. GVM has 1,800 gallon tank, powershift, 120 foot booms, and 45 mph transport speed. Ag Trucks have 2,400 gallon tank, 132 foot booms, Allison auto, and 50 mph speed.
I feel you on the touchscreen shite, nobody needs that in a machine moving all about! We need buttons and joysticks. The entire armest looks pretty excessive to me. Is it comfortable to use in any way? It sure doesn´t look ergonomical. Cupholders are essential. So this is a deal breaker. I was going to buy one, even though I´m out of the business, but weakass cupholders are a no-go...
that thing is a "beast"....very quiet and love the viability....absolutely love how you explain the workings of each new piece of machinery.. agree with impalement on that grab bar and what the is that dicky little cup/bottle holder...almost looks like an afterthought from your local auto parts store..lol.. keep up the great work, good health to you, your beautiful wife and the rest of your family and crew..

agrifac also makes sugerbeet harvesters. In the netherlands you see a lot of agrifac sprayers towed and self propelled.
Ja klopt!😂
True, a lot of farmers using the self-propelled sprayers of here.
I work near their factory in steenwijk, so i have possibly seen this machine, i have seen some on flatbed trailers so it could have been one of those
