Do you design these builds in creative or do you just wing it each episode? Absolutely love your imagination!

Thanks! :D It's a mix of both! Some videos I completely wing it, just start with a random seed and see what happens. Some I have a seed in mind and a full design planned out in creative (though I usually end up changing at least a few things). Mostly it's a mix though. I'll start out winging it, and if I am struggling to come up with a design that looks cute I'll pause, make a copy of the world and mess around in creative until I become un-stuck. :)
