Hey everyone! In todays video I'm showing you what I ate today that is healthy, high protein & simple. These are all easy home cooked meals that are healthy and realistic. These are healthy and easy recipes. And gluten free. This realistic what I eat in a day will show you what I ate today as well as easy healthy meals for 2023. Salted Almond DIY honey mama's:
1/2 cup cacao, sifted
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 tbsp raw honey
Pinch sea salt
Cacao Mint DIY honey mama's
1/2 cup cacao, sifted
2 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 tbsp raw honey
1/4 tsp mint extract
Banana muffins:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup nut butter
- 2 scoops nuzest protein powder
- 1/3 cup + 3 tbsp egg whites
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 large bananas ripened
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or monk fruit if keto
- Chocolate chips is desired.
Blend everything but chocolate chips in a blender. Scoop out into greased muffin tray. Bake at 350F 22 minutes. Allow to cool.
Makes 12 muffins
dinner:
Cilantro lime chicken:
3 tbs lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
3 large chicken breasts (about 3/4 pound)
Marinate minimum 30 minutes for flavour
Jalepeno lime crema
- 2/3 cup unsweetened yogurt
- Juice 2 limes
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
