To be honest, everything just fits so perfectly. High energy closer from Sefa, one of the best hardstyle tracks atm by DBSTF and SZP. One of the most legendary sing along classic hardstyle track by JDX. Loved it a lot last weekend and still enjoy rewatching it from home.

I‘m 18 and watching Defqon since i‘m 14 and This years is the First year on Defqon i‘m Hyped as fvck.

I get so emotional when i hear those last words every year. Those who have never been there don't understand that this is much more than music. The atmosphere, the love and respect everybody has for each other. I don't think there is one festival where that comes close.

Defqon 1 is by far better than Tomorrowland! Better music, better Pyrotechnics, better crowds :)

Defqon.1 puts it al in the endshows, tomorrowland in al the dj sets. You can't compare those 2 festivals.
@@Mytieten I'm not sure I can agree that Tomorrowland puts it all in the DJ sets, and Defqon doesn't. Most of the mainstage sets at Tomorrowland are mediocre. The DJs rely too much on "1-2-3 put your fucking hands up", and the clueless crowds go with it. That being said, when a Tomorrowland set is good, it usually is VERY GOOD. Last year had the highest ratio of amazing sets and memories. This year's Tomorrowland has been super disappointing so far. Boring mainstage, and DJs that seem like they don't want to be there, or have no idea how to control a crowd. Even Armin, one of my number one DJs didn't quite deliver during his set yesterday. I understand, however, that Martin Garrix did an awesome set at the STMPD stage to such an extent that he drew crowds away from the main.
This year's Defqon 1 was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever followed (and I wasn't even there :-(((((). Killer stages, amazing sets, great power hour, sunny weather, and just overall good vibes. I had the live stream on from start to finish and it was just amazing the emotions I got from it. I think Defqon 1 also is more approachable and better to identify with if you understand the culture and is part of it. Q-Dance also has much much better storytelling and dare I say it... Branding than Tomorrowland has. Once that Defqon 1 symbol is deeply ingrained in your subconscious, nothing can remove it. 2 years ago I thought I was done with the hardstyle scene, but no haha. Next year...!
Also stop comparing Tomorrowland with any hardstyle festival. The reason being that there is a feeling of familyness in hardstyle festivals which is not present in any mainstream festival (Tomorrowland for example)

I've listened to the most of "music video " compilations out there, trust me: this one is special, no other even compare to it.
