Hun was not as inconsistent in the 2003 series as you make it sound. As the turtles improved, so did he and their other adversaries. As a result there were moments he could take on one or all four of them with Casey and Splinter. Just like how sometimes the turtles struggled against nameless foot while also take down an army of them with minimum effort. He was very much evil and enjoyed it. He only every “changed” because he found out that his master, a man he respected and idolized, was just an alien in a robotic suit. He despises everything that’s not human, which is why he calls the turtles, aliens and etc. freaks. The best example of this was how after finding out the truth and Shredder was defeated, Hun just left the Foot completely and instead opted to elevate the Purple Dragons to the top of the food chain in New York instead of joining or otherwise aiding Karai when she tried to avenge him. Lastly the reason he joined up with Shredder (again) in Turtles Forever was due to getting mutated into a turtle by the mutagen/ooze the 80’s turtles were carrying, which he flat out said he was planning on using against the Shredder after they said he was back, and only helped the turtles (after attacking them again) due to Shredder literally causing their universe to slowly wipe from existence.
That's one of the reasons I'm not too fond of the 2012 version he feels like they were just trying to make Bruce Lee and that he wasn't really hun more a reference to him in a way
Pretty much. Outside of name, his connection to the Purple Dragons, and his conflict with Casey (that only lasted the ONE episode Hun was even remotely relevant) there really wasn't any real similarity to the character since Hun was more than just a brute in 2003. Dude HAD character/personality even if he wasn't super developed.
It was disapointing that they made hun into a bruce lee clone. Hun should have been Bradford the chuck norris clone. you also missed Hun from the Mirage comics
Bradford and xever were both similar to 2003 hun as humans Bradford filled the role of shredder’s burly second in command while Xever was the foot’s connection with street gangs I think the reason 2012 Hun was so different was the fact that most of his roles were already filled by different characters.
Hun’s portrayal has always been quite vexing. He’s always been portrayed as Shredder’s right hand man, but it always seemed that he should have been given his own arc as a major antagonist. Casey fighting Hun to avenge his father definitely felt like it should have been a saga in the 2003 series, but I feel like the writers just glossed over it due to time constraints. I would have loved to see Casey finally get his revenge on Hun for what he did to his dad.
I like 2003 version the best of this character I like him better as a big bulky white man rather than just evil Bruce Lee I think the newer version was a bit silly and wasn’t even the same character to be fair much prefer him as a big brute rather than just the Bruce Lee knockoff really
If they made a live action version of this character I think Brock Lesnar could play him very well I don’t know what Brock Lesnar is like at acting in movies but I think you’d be able to pull it off even if it’s only a brief roll mainly because he’d look the part I’d go with the big man version of him instead of evil Bruce Lee anyway if they’re going to do a live action version of this character but I think Brock Lesnar be perfect anyway obviously we know we can fight for real I don’t know what it’s like at acting mobile that could be a different story
Best part about Hun is that it was revealed that he was a pro gamer.
Talk about unexpected
Yep
Not a pro gamer, a *Hardcore* gamer
2003 version of Hun is still by far the best .
Yep, no doubt about that
hun Vs Kingpin Who would Win in a Fight
@@jalenikezeue4114 you got me on that one

Like how in 2012 with tiger claw
Yep
Fun fact Attila the Hun who Hun was based on in the comics and the 2003 animated series died of a nose bleed on his wedding night in the year 1405
Hun went from "pro wrestler/gang leader" to "evil bruce lee/gang leader
That's one of the reasons I'm not too fond of the 2012 version he feels like they were just trying to make Bruce Lee and that he wasn't really hun more a reference to him in a way

"Baxter Stockman, who was the head of Shredder's technology division."
I don't know if you did it on purpose, but it was funny as hell.
Bruh. 💀
Underrated you say this dude was my favorite among shredders subordinates not even Karai or Stockman came close
The more physically strong and more ruthless version of cobra Kai
Does anyone remember his catchphrase "Aw, Crud"
I always felt like 2012's version wasn't actually hun more that he was a separate character who was given his name as a reference to the original

Hun has no mutations he’s just a badass.
Exception for the crossover where he became a mutant turtle XD
Yep
The Perfect Actor for Role of Hun is Brock Lensar in the Live-Action TMNT Films
Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar
It was disapointing that they made hun into a bruce lee clone. Hun should have been Bradford the chuck norris clone. you also missed Hun from the Mirage comics
They also never had Tokka and Rhazar meet up, despite the two always being a package deal. And they almost never talk about Mirage for some reason.

@@lg6884 I think they did fine with them since tokka and rahzar are basically clones of bebop and rocksteady anyway so in 2012 they were different
Yeah why did they do that
.
Hun is basically TMNT's version of Kingpin from DareDevil.
I think the 4Kids version of Hun design was based on the WWE wrestler Brock Lesnar.
That’s the funniest comment yet😂
not far off
You didn't mention about his personal rivalry with Casey Jones.
TMNT 2003 HUN is the only HUN
There can only be one
ESPECIALLY when compared to his 2012 counterpart.
His 2012 version is a totally different guy, and doesn't even resemble him a bit.
I wonder how Shannon Lee feels about them using her fathers look for the redesign in the 2012 series.
That’s a big question for her to answer I bet

I like that Hun is not just big strong and dumb henchmen. He's smart. And pro gamer!!

How tall is Hun from teenage mutant Ninja turtles the 2003 version because he's huge?
And the other versions no.
He’s 9 feet tall and 500 pounds per muscle
Hun in 2003 looks more like a hulk but in 2012 hun looks like a 16 or 17 year old kid
I thought that he was a merged character of Beebop and Rocksteady
In a way he was, but where as they were goofs, he was powerful, intelligent and brutal.
You could say that he was a regular (albeit more burly) Hans Gruber
I don't see similarities between them.
"MOST DARKEST"?!?! that is plain wrong, it should be "most darkestest" 🧐
Nah, "most darkest" seems just about right, you just need to work on your grammar
🤣

You forgot to mention the Mirage Comics Hun which he was kind of the same as the 2003 animated version.
@Bruce Wayne Agreed.... Love that version in the comics.
True
In the comics Hun is betrayed as casey Jones father
Really, you just had to take it into Darth Vader territory?
I need to know how his design went from a gigantic blonde man to just Bruce Lee with Yakuza tattoos
Period of bad decisions and poor ideas.
I think Hun was inspired by Bane from Batman comics.

One most darkest lmao what happened did you smoke the mushroom while uploading the video?😂😂
3:10 shit that hurt
Oh I forget about him
Whoever puts up the title for this video needs to retake grammar class.
"One of the darkest and most evil villains".
DUDE was A HULK!
Nice
I could see him being played by Brock Lesnar if he becomes a live action character he gave the 2000's cartoon it's edge
Michael Bay director better hurry up and give us ninja turtles 3 and when he does I wanna see brock lesnar play the hun .
I didn't really like the 2012 version him he looked more like bruce lee.
