I have experience this same issue last year Monsoon with three phones from my house members due to same issue moisture seeps inside the display

Dude issue occurred in my Realme X2 Pro two times. First time, I got the phone serviced for 10K(original screen). After 2 years, it again occurred. This time i sold the phone for merely 5% of the purchased value.

If there's no visible damage like cracks and you haven't dropped it, the problem could be related to internal hardware. Maybe some moisture would have find it's way to get inside to damage your phone.
