I liked all the parts and glad she shared her space. Very charming and inspirational. The only thing missing was some office area or workspace. That's also a good rental rate until I realized this was two years ago. Pretty sure it's increased by now, lol.

AllyKat It amazes me because I’m a single Mom and have been able to sustain myself and my daughter for going on 17 years. We live in good neighborhoods, eat gourmet, travel, wear quality clothing etc. It hasn’t been easy but for the life of me, I don’t see why it’s so hard for young people to live on their own. It has to be a mismanagement of money.

I hate fans in the bathroom too! If there's an outlet, get a plug-in night light. It makes the bathroom look calm, and there's no noisy fan.

You know that's it's an exhaust fan right it's for when it's in the shower or using a hot iron or blow dryer basically to keep heat humidity and mostly the mold out of the bathroom. But I absolutely love her space and her spirit 😍😍😍😘😘😘

She rents though, a lot of owners wouldn’t be ok with that
glorybr obviously she could ask the owner. I've done that in the past, get an estimate then approach the owner. Besides, an electrician would do it and no one could tell that it was done.

Really like her home, For the bathroom, I have a solution for her Zen Spa. Bring in a lamp with warm lighting and turn off overhead vent light. Just remember to hit that vent after you leave your spa to clear out humidity.

Lovely apartment, and such an interesting, and charming soul inhabitanting it! Love every objects personal meaning, and especially the whole spiritualism segment. Geminis are heavily intuitive, and are heavily connected to the spiritual side. I would love more than anything to have an old, pre-war, art deco style house, or apartment. Their history, and old style give them so much charm.
Also, the black sweet digs, are always so charming, sweet, and unique. Love seeing my sista's on here!

I used to rent in the Miracle Mile and now I own a triplex a little south of there. I'll tell you: She is getting an amazing deal and the best part is that any building of that era is rent control...so no crazy price hikes. The good thing about the area is there are beautiful people, though now there are more and more families and less singles. The drawback of that area is that parking is soul-crushing. You best use all your psychic powers to manifest that parking spot. I finally broke down and paid for a garage spot.
