Now since the beginning Lotus was trying to prepared you the very beginning to get stronger, over time you gain all your Tenno powers back and old memories has returned to help the Tenno Stronger then ever. But while Tenno gaining more powers, we lose lotaus but she is still trying to help us after she turn different side with our foe. She has never betrayed us, she has been captured and reset what her original purpose was. There is some of our lotus left in her. Proof she was the one lead the Tenno with umbra Now either we save her or fight her back.
Forget end game THIS sums up your first few days/weeks when you and your friends first discovered the game and had to actually fight for your life, when things were simpler and more fun, not pressing 4 to win and stacking slash/viral.
I can just imagine a 1000 to 1 (sentients to Tenno) outnumbered final battle where a few tousand (with the number decreasing by the second) tenno stand remaining, fighting for nothing that's left, and they magically win through sheer will to survive.
