Lee 1 with the chrome rocker molding was NOT a 68. The chrome/anodized aluminum rocker molding was a somewhat rare option for 68 and 69 models so that alone does not indicate a 68.My 69 has that option.
thanks for another great show DAVE i already know you have been corrected on the year model of the GENERAL LEE that jumped the dirt mound it is a 69 here is the VIN NUMBER XP29H9D193670 the 6th digit is a 9 that indicates it is a 69 same as my GENERAL LEE you asked me to send you some pics of my GENERAL LEE my friend has some pics on his phone he will send them to you when he has time GOD BLESS b safe
Puzzling that they obviously spent a ton on this car with custom interior and they put the wrong rims on it. I mean the correct rims aren't that difficult to get a hold of.The graphics are a bit sub par and as much as they obviously spent why not go the extra mile and do the complete 69 conversion. To each his own I guess.
The museum told me that this car is actually owned by the Tennessee drug task force and it was taken in a drug rade. So I'm guessing a drug dealer had this car done to his on liking.
Wonder what that little paragraph about the confederate flag was about in front of the general lee, was it more nonsense about the flag being “racist”? Or was it not biased?
Awesome, looks like a lot of work went into that car
It is probably the best one I have ever seen. Thanks for watching Linda!
Cool car. I love the Dukes of Hazzard
& the General Lee. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Sherry!
Thank you for sharing

Wow, that's impressive that you have the Vin number. Can't wait to see the pictures of your car.

If I remember correctly it's about the history of the flag.
