After the musician - who is the daughter of KISS rocker Gene Simmons and actress Shannon Tweed-Simmons - and her longtime love, James Henderson, tied the knot at a Los Angeles courthouse on Friday, the pair exchanged vows in front of 50 friends and family members at her mother's Malibu home on Feb. 22.

It’s nice to see a simple wedding with just close family. My daughter did the same thing where each family had a picnic basket filled with lunch items. It was perfect. Extravagant and expensive weddings don’t need to be especially with the state of the economy

While I can't justify what happens when you marry a famous rock star, I think her children realized how his infidelity made her feel. In doing so, they will not follow the same path as their famous dad with their spouses. I was mainly thinking about what happens to the children of famous Hollywood celebs- usually drug abuse or suicide. As a teacher I was always proud of how Gene emphasized his kids' education and especially school attendance.

That is so nice! What a great day that must have been. My wedding was a blur. It was a party for my parents because they paid for it. I always envied my girlfriend her simple wedding. We had way more fun at her wedding than at mine.

@@sammi088 They are still married. Shannon has her OWN "She Shed" house,..so to speak in Malibu. ( who knows, to get away from hubby when she needs too?) The house they share together is in LA, the one that was on Family Jewels. She also has a house in Whistler Canada (she is from Canada) that some of the shows were filmed at. They did not clarify it very well in this video.
