Chaos at the South Jetty in Venice, Florida after Tropical Storm Debby!
Just days after Tropical Storm Debby slammed the Florida Gulf Coast, I headed down to the South Jetty in Venice to check out the damage. What I found was sad devastation - the jetty itself was battered and bruised, with a lot of the recent work damaged within a week of opening.
But amidst the destruction, I also captured some incredible footage of the powerful Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful South Jetty beach. The contrast between the two is simply breathtaking.
