    Is this actual real armor from back then? If it is how come the armor's clean after all those centuries?

      ed Late XVth and XVI centuries saw the appearance of arsenals, where the more capable estates store weapons and armors, it explains their good state of preservation, also the rarity and deteriorated state of earlier medieval armors that came to us.

    These must be replicas, this collection cant all be originals from there time period.

      Are you joking? the arsenal of castle "forchtenstein" alone is nearly equivalent. it was the front line against the ottoman empire.
