I came to this vid by the weirdest route possible. A year ago I wrote a text *in my sleep* about "editing the entire philosophy of the 223e." Posted about it on reddit and forgot about it. A year later I am reminded of the post in a completely random way, and now here I am. Really beautiful music!
I just read your Reddit post. Very funny/weird. Are you interested in Buchla or synthesizers at all? I agree with the person who submitted that perhaps it was a weird copy/paste incident. Glad you enjoyed the music 😉
Awesome patching and playing. That lead voice is really beautiful. Such character. It almost deserves a slightly less "sinister" underlay... Very nice work. The Skylab looks like a wonderful instrument.
I appreciate you taking the time to listen and comment! And yes, the Skylab is an amazing instrument, indeed. I customized mine a bit when I ordered it.
That's very nice. The controller looks super cool!!! It was useful that you put the captions to see what happens with each hand. Again, looks like 20 modules in one!! Awesome
@@mike.thomas This is Vincent! We talked about the Make Noise Shared system which I just got BTW! And also how the Pittsburgh modular game system is a beautiful but pain in the ass module!
So so good!

Oh man, that's great! So much drive and excitement, and this scale, man, wow!
Thank you! I actually don't even know what the scale/mode is. I set it up by ear, inspired by the drone 😉.
indeed the lead voice is playing some really interesting intervals!! i'm also curious to know what they are :P

Rosetta Stoned Tall and long hair?
@@mike.thomas yes! When you said you had a skylab I came on youtube to see videos of it again and what do you know I found you haha!
This was your first time programming and playing the 223e?? Awesome jam.
Yes ... took a bit of time to understand the “UI”, but once understood, it’s so powerful. Thanks :-)
very good stuff! i assume using the arpeggiator ?
Yes, the arpeggiator. Sort of a pain to set up, but great once it’s done!
