You are right, all of the Bonafides except the ex123 are more stable than the Crescents and that makes all the difference when standing to fish and if you are fishing standing makes all the difference. Standing makes it easier to see structure and the fish, also easier to cast and skip lures up under limbs.
I could be mistaken, but that looks a whole lot like South Chickamauga Creek. I like how my CK1 handles out there, so I can see why you prefer the Shoalie out there.

I personally love fly fishing out of a kayak as long as it has a high seat

Man i cant decide between the 2!
For small rivers more maneuverable crescent Shoaile all day. For bigger rivers and more stability the Bonafide.
