You tried using a die and trace the inside of them?

when you purchase the hot foiling pen it already comes with 4 different tip nibs, each one a bit bolder.

Thats correct ! it doesn't burn the plastic stencil , because the tip of nip are going around the outline in stencil, that is where most of the heat is, end of nip.

yes you can colouring in shapes as well as outlines
