AT&T tied Verizon overall in Pittsburgh but their download speeds jumped up dramatically with them being the now fastest in Pittsburgh again at 374.9Mbps on average which is in line with Ookla report. Overall all carriers are within spitting distance of each other in terms of scores for my city. In terms of my state it was also a tie for the overall between AT&T and Verizon but AT&T outright won the network speed and data performance scores for the state

Anecdotal AT&T is the worst in New York and Verizon network in PA is excellent New Jersey and new York too

Yes. Cleveland is loaded w mmwave from VZ. A few hotspots have some att wave as well. Tmo is maybe a handful of sites.
