Hi all welcome back to another video Dereck Reacts back at it again! This time around we take a look at a PATREON reaction with GERARD BLANC "Une Autre Histoire" (Another Story). Je le revois chanter avec les Martin Circus, un magnifque chanteur parti trop tôt.
Bravo monsieur pour votre travail honnête et courageux, promouvoir de belles choses, dans ce monde où il semble que la médiocrité ne dérange plus personne.
Je sais pas qui a fait la suggestion mais c' est l' une des meilleures il kif de fou dereck ça se voit🎶🎶🎵🎵 cool qui traite de nos chansons au passage je kif cette musique
C'est moi et en plus je lui ai fait faire le "follow up" qui a eu moins de succès en vues (tous les fans 80's partis à cause des commandos et de leurs vieilleries!) mais pourtant connu : Du Soleil Dans La Nuit en mars 2021.
Je garde ce maxi 45 tour religieusement, tant la chanson et son remix club restent Extraordinaires malgré le temps qui passe...

This song is very broadcast on the radio and on TV channels all the time! It's a pure 80's gem! It's the first single of his first solo album "Ailleurs Pour Un Ailleurs" (Elsewhere For An Elsewhere) which became no.2 for 2 weeks in Top 50 with 600'000 copies sold (Gold Disc). Do you know? An English version exists, released in 1988 : There Must Be A Woman. It is included in his album, to add on your S playlist!
You'll find too the remixes in the 7" single (the cover), type Gérad Blanc Une Autre Histoire and you have the B-Side and the Remixes.
The music video shot in Agadir and the brunette woman that you see in the beginning and after nude and veiled in the desert then in a reception with red lipstick is his wife called Annie Pujol.
She was TV host and hostess the same year in the famous game show La Roue De La Fortune (Wheel Of Fortune) that you know I think, famous in US too.
