    Nice job.
When I repaired a friend's broken finbox in a wave board 30 years ago, he said, "Do what you want, it's scrap as it stands". So the finbox sat in a carbon tow sheet lined channel, with the same carbon extended on each side approx 50mm. This also made me change the rocker as I didn't want to sand away all the carbon. So. like yours, the furthest part of the tail had about 3mm added and got flattened out somewhat. My friend said it had a better top speed, but lost a little bit in the turns. So it became more like a slalom board. :¬)

Those plastic Tuttle boxes are not very strong and should only be used for a smaller fin set-up. 32cm and smaller. As well they should never be used for a FOIL

Is it strong enough for foiling ?

The Chinook tuttle box is very strong, but this box/construction is in my opinion not strong enough for a windfoil.

what a kind of paint on bottom?

The paint used on this board is water based.
In general, you can not use any paint. The adhesion is also a part that is very important. Always do a test. Let the paint dry for a few days and stick a piece of tape to see if the paint holds.Twee component paint is tougher / stronger, but also more difficult to repair. Oil based paint is often more elastic. Finish with a clear lacquer coating also gives more strength, but then again difficult to repair. Boat paint is also a good option. When in doubt, consult a specialist company.

What type of paint do you use?

Well, you can use 2k paint, oil based paint or water based paint. I am using mostly the water based paint. Its not the hardest paint, but its easy to work with. If you want to make it more stronger use clear coat.
