Not a good comparison. 262 is same cc as 362. Put the 3/8 chain on it. 262 was throwing dust and the 362 was throwing chips. I’m skeptical that the 362 was actually a 372 with a different decal on it. I used to sell Husqvarna and never had a 362 with the bigger filter and cover.
so if you haven't seen 362 then it doesn't even exist? have you seen jesus or is it just bullshit? you don't have to strain yourself to see, there was a 362, it was only produced for a short time.
Are the pots n piston interchangeable between the 262xp and the 362xp / crank case? Not really heard of a 362 before but aware of the 375 ! I guess its down to what was issued to different countries maybe !
I would of thought running a 335 chain would make it cut faster ! Less resistance on chain with similar sort of power head i would assume a narrow curf would be a advantage! I could be completely wrong of course and not bashing you at all but i be interested in your thoughts on this ?
@@charlesboston1 what's your reasoning behind this ? I always on a mid size saw change down from 3/8 to 325 as the chain has a thinner kerf and lighter chain making the saw cut faster less resistance in the wood !
@@charlesboston1 course I've tried it , use saws day in day out for the last 30yrs , and worked out a narrow curf chain has less resistance than a wider chain giving more chain speed and more power ! Works well on a 60cc range saw but not on a much more powerful saw head as it tends to destroy nose sprockets and snaps links ! Trust me no advantage having a 3/8ths on a 262xp
Please sharpen the 262
I cant, bc i dont have it anymore
I was gna say the same thing!! Lol. 262 chain wasn't sharp enough to dig in and put a load on the saw like the 362 did

No they are not interchangeable
the chain on the 262 is dull compared to the 362
Yeah, I was going to comment about sharpening the 262 chain.
are you running a 325 chain on the 262 ??? if so this is not a fair comparison , both need to be running 3/8's chain

@@nathanwindle9816 in the real world , properly filed 3/8's chain is always faster than 325 , give the same tooth profile

So does the 362 use the same crankcase as the 365 and 372 because your using the hightop from the 372 or did you modify it to fit
the 362 use the same crankcase as the 365 and 372
@@HorvathSzabolcs88 I did not know that thanks for the info

262 ⚡️🥇
👍👍👍👍💪💪
262 chain dull as hell and don't look like it's oiling
A 362-es nagyon megy!💪🤝👍✌
Nagy kedvenc, igaz sok időm van benne mire ilyen állapotba került de megérte.
Engem a 362 jobban meggyőzött !😉
3/8 előnye nagyon kijön a 325-el szemben
A 362 akár mèg az èn gèpem is lehetne .De nem rossz a 262 sem .💪👌
