Romany's voice is beautiful and haunting. She sings like David plays guitar, with emotion and magical beauty. And what a joy to see her playing air guitar to her dad's solo!
Whilst I have followed Gilmour since the very early days he joined PF, he is today, a pentatonic dinosaur and his solos are just noodling. If it wasn't for who he is and you know who is behind the guitar, few people would ever mention his guitar work for musically, it is wholly unremarkable.
No other guitar master has affected me the way that Mr. Gilmour has and the pairing of his beautiful daughter with her angelic voice is precisely why he is the best at what he does. He has the ear not just for the music but, for the voice that matches it. This is music I can forever listen to.😊😊😊
She as such a beautiful voice and with you David it's makes so so special what a team you both make good luck to your daughter she has a excellent future all the best to you both
After having listened to the original song, Romany's voice does indeed fit this really well. It's pleasant to see that unlike other famous people, David is not trying to stuff his kid down our throats. Since David is seeing potential in his daughter, I really hope she carries on his musical legacy doing her own thing.
