7 years later I watch this video and is as useful and interesting as the day it was published, a really good job.

Awesome video as all your videos are, really enjoyed it.
Outstanding Work !!
nice video. your voice is really calming.
Do you know of ProperBird. She does videos like yours, but on Witcher lore. Both of you are amazing & highly talented. Much appreciation given. Do keep up the good work.
Haven't heard. Thanks!
In general a really great video with much information and lore about the region, i like it. But didnt you forget some important houses like thorne, farring, dalston and byford?
There may be some Houses excluded from the vid because of lack of info about their position on the map. Thought about doing "out of the map" vid, but never actually did one. Perhaps in the future iteration of this vid.
Can you do a map of the houses of Dorne? I really enjoy your videos. Thank you 😊!
Approx in a month and a half mate
Thanks. I love your work.
Enjoy, and thanks for watching.
12:20 can we please see that in the T.V series!
These are great videos. When do you think the houses of the Reach will come out?
Thanks! In a month or so. I saw your question on Livestream chat btw.
I appreciate the response
very well made
Thanks for the good videos
Ehhh, I think it´s liteally impossible that Volon Therys and other cities are bigger than KL, that would mean that Volantis has like 3 million urban population in 4 cities all near each other, that would mean ridicolous population.
It is the largest Free City with lots of territory beyond its walls, almost a northern district of Valyria itself. The Red God's temple there is three times as large as the Great Sept of Baelor, the largest religious building in Westeros.
You have an intriguing accent. I’m sure you’ve answered this a hundred times already, but may I ask what your native language is?
I'm Latvian Russian. Accent sounds mixed I believe.
Bronn is Lord Stokworth now)
in the alternate d&d world
@@Canessa1298 No, it’s like that in the books too. Bronn married Lollys as a gift from Cersei so he wouldn’t fight for Tyrion. Later on down the timeline Bronn killed the older sister’s husband in a duel and sent her away. She goes to King’s Landing to try to get help to get her castle back, but Cersei gives her to Qyburn instead telling him to never let her see the light of day again and she eventually got tortured to death in the black cells.
House Celtigar! 🦀👌🏻
You missed houses Sunglass, Blount, and Farring, but aside from that, great video! I look forward to the next one.
Thanks. And there are many houses missing of whom we do not know location and of whom there is not much to say.
How do you know which territory belongs to each house, and how much of it?
Its mostly guess work, there is no official map of all of the houses.
Many houses have there domain more or less established.
Those that don't,get the blank sports of the map.
good job
I hope we get to all see House Belaying in season 7. It would be cool to have Daenerys Targeryan have the chance to see other houses from Valyria.
Did you mean House Velaryon? It would be interesting to see them in the show. They are suppose to look like Valyrian.
Blood Falcon Fantastic Thank you that was my bad. I had spell correction on. Thanks.
Benjamin Garrett they won't show them d&d are too dumb to recognize other houses
Divine Intervention That sucks but oh well.
@@eleanorofaquitaine6441 it's not D and D, the nature of TV audiences means that we can't have too many characters and certainly not too many special characters.
TV audiences are much more stupid than ever before, so screenplays have to be as cliched as possible.
Isn't it a hard C in Celtigar, pronounced as in Celt?
Not much on House Staunton huh?
You missed quite a few named Houses that aren't facing extinction or anything: Farring, Harte, Blount, Thorne etc. Was that because you didn't know the locations? Cos that makes the existing listed ones taking up lands in the image that are probably far too big...

These are fun videos. I might suggest adding some of your own opinions a little bit. It just sounds like you're reading too much.
💓🔥💓
Where can I find the sigel's art of this video
So basically Westeros' Rome and sorrounding Papal State Region, while Braavos, Pentos, and the other free cities allegorically refer to the Italian Merchant Republics/City States following the fall of Rome (Valyria) and mixed with additional Mediterranean themes, mostly Levantine ones.
More like crowns lands - Italy, the reach - France, river lands- Spain, storm lands - Germany, north - Sweden, westerlands - USA/Britain, essos - Asia, south kingdoms east of dayne amd ironwood - Africa and Arabia, dayne and ironwood - north Africa etc. that's how I see them at this moment
Not really, no, the free cities of the east are fairly comparable to Italian city states (republics ruling in the land of a fallen empire) but aside from the old ruling family westeros is more similar to the HRE or France.
Rome in this situation, if anything, would be Volantis
What's the I-ren Throne?
What's the name of the intro song?
I just cant do it.. maybe Ill just by the first book and try to forget about the show all together.
Vesteros
first
This is crazy..
You need longer pauses between sentences.
Kraklow poyent
Your intro is long af
26 secs too long to be exact.
.....ruled from the Iron Frone.
Good job, the only thing that's kinda bad is your accent and pronunciation. I assume English is not your primary language so I won't hold it against you.
A A "kinda bad", what a dick.
He sounds fine. Could you do better?
Greenarcher707 how many languages do you speak?
good job
