Pikachu Festival Parade 2017 in Yokohama, Japan

In August, the Minato Mirai area of Yokohama, Japan is invaded by the adorable Pokemon character, Pikachu. There are stage shows, events, stamp rallies, special Pikachu goods and souvenirs and a high-spirited parade to commemorate the week-long festival. I think the festival's popularity has skyrocketed after the release of Pokemon Go. The rain and the crowds didn't prevent me from having an enjoyable time, but I was a little height-challenged when trying to film the parade.
