INGREDIENTS
60g cacao pâte (or dark chocolate 100% cocoa)
150g ground almonds
150g icing sugar
55g ‘liquefied' egg whites
150g caster sugar
38g mineral water
55g ‘liquefied’ egg whites
2 teaspoons powdered egg white
Espresso butter cream
226g unsalted butter cream
120 ml espresso
4 Tablespoons instant coffee ( optional)
6 Tablespoons powder sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
I only made 1/2 amount of espresso buttercream in the video just to show how
