I love making coffee, baking, working out, and watching Anime with my hubby
I do a lot of research, testing out, and adjusting to make the best recipes just the way I like them. I try to use the least amount of sugar possible, which is healthier in some ways, but it does not affect the texture and flavors.
I like to share with you all the delicious recipes that I have been experimenting

Chocolate Peanut butter ganache
50 g Heavy cream
120 g milk couverture chocolate, chopped or buttons 108g peanut butter
25g unsalted butter, chopped and softened
Your choice of jam
Pinch of sea salt flakes
Cocoa macaron shells
135g almond meal
135g pure icing (confectioners’) sugar
30g cocoa powder
55g egg whites, at room temperature
1 - 2 teaspoon powdered egg white (optional)
55g egg whites, extra, at room temperature
Sugar syrup:
150g granulated sugar
38g water
50 g Heavy cream
120 g milk couverture chocolate, chopped or buttons 108g peanut butter
25g unsalted butter, chopped and softened
Your choice of jam

Hi thank you for your vidéo. I have a question: can you freeze the macarons with royal icing ? How much time the macaron with royal icing can be stored in the fridge?
@@Tounsia62 Yes, you can freeze the macarons with Royal icing ( make sure in the air seal container) You can store the macarons with royal icing for a good freshness, up to 2 weeks in the fridge, it won't ruin the design at all. Also macarons with the filling that have a lot of moisture, they won't take long to mature, so stop them by putting them in the freezer ( avoid macarons shells get soggy too fast before serving)You can make them ahead and freeze them until ready to serve, they will still taste as fresh, rather than leave in the fridge too long.
