Learning to play guitar? Here's an easy and fun song to try. The only part that might take a little time is getting the clean tone finger picking parts down. Other than that, it's power chords all the way. I think Tarek Jafar plays this purely on the neck pickup to get that awesome Blue Stones tone, but I used the bridge pickup and custom settings on my amp to dial it in.
Tuning is E Standard.

Is it the same config during the whole song?

Thanks. I use a Line6 Spider amp with a Line6 pedal. The amp contains all the fx so unfortunately I can't tell you what other pedals might work. It's a blues clean tone with a little gain added at the beginning. I add a bit more distortion during the chorus. You can also try playing with the neck pickup to get the tone close to the recorded track.
