Imagine if we could travel back in time and watch interviews with the old masters like Leonardo da Vinci and Raphael, hearing their insights and realizing they were humans just like us. Bobby, your interviews are the modern equivalent of that dream. Thank you for sharing these golden nuggets of wisdom and inspiration. They make my warm-up routines and pencil sharpening sessions all the more meaningful. Listening to her discuss her recovery from burnout and the importance of doing things she loves reminded me to give myself permission to rest and enjoy my time, rekindling the passion that brought me to drawing in the first place.

"Burnout, Impostor Syndrome, and People Pleasing" - as an illustrator too, these topics are really helpful. I don't understand why people who create things often tend to become negative and full of self-doubt...

It’s strange. It might be because we want to get better at art, but what’s “better”. Why is there a standard of “good” art. Are we failing if we only make things we enjoy but not others enjoy? Are we pleasing people by following standards?
