SLT Broadband User Name is required to register for SLT Broadband Usage Meter and other Apps by SLT. Broadband username is even useful if you try to configure an ADSL router to use internet facility. It can be simply identified from the telephone number in the SLT Bill.
For LTE and Fiber customers, the usual number with the ‘94’ country code can be used for broadband username. For ADSL customers, the username can be found in the bill with the ADSL package information.

You can easily find the username with the phone number in the bill as mentioned in the video.

Kindly note that 94XXXXX user name works fine for LTE and fiber connections. Pls check your bill and recheck the broadband username mentioned with package
@@sltpromo2588 It is not working for me too I am using fiber connection and I can reset the password by providing 94 + phone number as username funny thing is I can't login in using the same username. Please ask your developers to update the token validity period to at least 3 months as we are not using this app every day to renew the token which will ask username and password every time when we need to use the app.
Me also same issue. Do we need to try user name as 94 .... ?

Kindly check the bill you received. You can easily find the phone number starting with '94' which is your BB username

You can set the password when setting up account in SLT broadband portal or My SLT app. You can set a password you prefer.

As mentioned in the video, kindly refer to your bill received from SLT. If you do not receive the bill after one month of obtaining the connection, reach out to SLT and check. You can get the relevant number under your NIC from customer care service as well.

I am a new user who got a connection with new identity card. so, you Broadband portal not support to that ID number, therefore I tried with Register broadband password.. so, i dont know what is my broadband password and i tried too many attempts with enter my slt 4g connection password and admin password too... But it shows "You entered a incorrect broadband password."...

As per the information provided, you will have to update your NIC card details with SLT. Once your NIC details are updated correctly, you can register for usage meter or any SLT app along with other info such as account num and username.

You can check that in your SLT bill. Or the owner of the line can call 1212 and get the details after verifying the personal infomration.

Thanks for the query. Account number is mentioned in your SLT bill at the top of the bill. You can get 1212 call center support and provide your NIC details to get the account number as well.

I already have a 4G connection register on my slt app. and I need to register a fiber line on my slt app. I've tried so many times using the slt account number but keep getting an error. so can I know how to find my broad band password to register from broadband username. I've already tried 1212. they weren't any help.
You can request to reset your Broadband password form 1212 call center and create the account. But the the downside is, you will have to configure both PEO TV and internet once you do that. The broadband password is not visible to anyone after its created.

This is the broadband username we have mentioned and you need this to configure the router or register for a SLT App. Kindly refer to the bottom side of the router or the box for instructions for router configuration including login to the router.
