The common belief that a stable job leads to financial success contrasts with the approach of billionaires, who focus on entrepreneurship, investing, and building passive income streams through long-term strategies and calculated risks methods not typically taught in traditional career paths. Most people are unaware of these alternative principles that can lead to greater wealth

    Key takeaways:-
    1) put yourself in scenarios where you'll just have to do the task
    2) do not focus on the end goal, but on the next step of achieving it( the end goal seems far and impossible, so it discourages us, make a plan on how to achieve it and divide it into steps, then focus on only the very next step, which is more simple and achievable)

I started investing in the stock market because of dividends. What matters, in my opinion, is that if you invest and earn more money in addition to dividends, you will be able to live off of dividends without selling. It implies that you can pass that on to your children, giving them a head start in life. I've invested over $600k in dividend stocks over the years; I continue to buy more today and will continue to do so until the price lowers even further.

I believe to get rich you need these - having the knowledge and foresight, taking action and using leverage wherever you can. Mark, your video is a treasure trove of wisdom! As someone who's also navigated the journey from zero to millions, I can't help but resonate with your insights.
Your mention of "Secrets of The Millionaire Mind" took me back to my early days, when I too had to wrestle with the negative connotations around wealth. It's a hurdle many of us face, and overcoming it is indeed the first step towards financial freedom.
Your emphasis on the difference between the rich and the wealthy is spot on. It's not about the flashy cars or the diamond rings, it's about the freedom and control over one's life. That's the true wealth.
Your reference to "The Magic of Thinking Big" reminded me of my own journey. I too struggled in school, but found my stride in the real world, where I could apply my interests and passions. It's a testament to the fact that traditional education isn't the only path to success.
The concept of "The Winner Effect" is fascinating. It's a testament to the power of positive reinforcement and the importance of setting achievable goals.
Your mention of "Think and Grow Rich" brought back memories of my own 'burn the ships' moment. It's when you have no option but to succeed that you truly tap into your potential.
Your video is a masterclass in wealth creation, Mark. It's a testament to your experience and wisdom. Thanks for sharing your journey and the lessons you've learned along the way. It's a reminder that the path to wealth isn't a straight line, but a journey of learning, growth, and self-discovery.
Keep up the great work, Mark. Your insights are invaluable to those of us on the same journey. Looking forward to your next video!

I just would like to take the time to thank you for all that you’ve done. Truly helping others. It’s true, reared are leaders and I’ve read about 90% of the books recommended and implemented them into my life. I’ve been reading for about 15 years now. All self improvement and I’m about 12 months away from being a millionaire. I’m 40 yrs young and have been investing for quite some time and run my own business teaching martial arts privately in affluent neighborhoods. I only had 2 years high school education, dropped out early and went the party and drug route. In a way, I’m glad I got that out of the way early and now I’m sober and have been training and teaching martial arts for 24 years. My days are incredibly relaxed, I surf, read watch 3 movies a week I’m the theaters, day trade a few days a week and get spend time more time with my fiancée , my brother and my parents. I DECIDED that I could have it all without having to “grind”. I decided to leverage my time and learn new skills and above all, find peace within myself.
Anyone out there looking for a way, read the books this man suggests. Truly life changing 🙏🏽🙌🏽

When it was first published, Tom Hill helped launch the Good to Great book, I believe by ordering a crap load of them to help boost sales for his friend (my own guess, no actual evidence). He did a desk drop inside Blackstone and everyone got a copy. That book is TRULY amazing, and has become a cornerstone of my own coaching and teaching. Love seeing it up at the top of your list. 👍

Acquiring stocks could appear simple, but choosing the right stock without a tested plan can be very difficult. My main barrier to growing my $210K portfolio, which I've been working on for a while, is the absence of well-defined entry and exit plans. Any guidance on this would be highly valued.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

I love the fact that you are actually replying to your audience, and I have no doubt that you are a successful individual. However, I feel that all the videos you are uploading (and similar channels to yours) are just copied and pasted content with some slight changes and no real benefit. It's mostly focused on mindset rather than being practical. (Don't get me wrong, I believe your content is better than most of these channels, just not enough.) I started Amazon FBA two years ago and have already crossed $150k per month. Why not create a video on how to start with all the techniques that UA-camrs prefer to keep to themselves? I gained this knowledge after reading an eBook. No one is talking about how to outrank competitors, gain additional traffic outside Amazon, or properly implement off-site SEO for additional exposure. I have no doubt that this kind of video would be super beneficial to your audience.

As I wait for Amazon to finish verifying my address and financial info I am being haunted by one thing. I've found the perfect product to sell on Amazon. This product has only one seller, makes over 80K monthly and has a couple of thousands reviews. Of those reviews several dozen complain about a simple, but major flaw in the design. I've found 16 manufacturers that make the SAME EXACT PRODUCT. My question is, once I go with a manufacturer that can fix the design flaw, what is stopping the other seller from stealing my improvement?
