A common practice for fixing this issue is to reset his GOE and then level up again slowly until you get Jhu back to the "sweet spot."
Just a quick note, you can also gain the Sparks of Power from the Merchant who appears after one of your Titans reaches absolute star. This became one of my main sources of them.
dont buy them at the merchant, buy titan potions, up your titans and get them this way. it's not cost efficient to buy SoP in the shop. at some point SoP become less important, titan potions take much longer to max out. stop wasting your resources.
