I'm like way off from being a dad but this video is just so heartwarming I watch it a lot
Never say that instead say I am going to be a better dad and mean it. I see what happens to kids that didn’t get the rght parenting ...turn off the news and get busy. Well I am a boss old lady that loves and lives to see kids succeed but I am not perfect by no means ..no one is. And omg the ice cream scene. That was so my dad. Lecture lecture because he honesty wanted better for his kid s than he had. I miss my dad I can’t dwell on fact he gone cause he couldn’t quit dam cigs but I can do things he would like in his memory and I know he watches from above We don’t die all that energy gos to a better place where god heals what we couldn’t. Well I love the skit dudes I stumbled upon them by accident year s.ago. God puts things on our path for a reason and one thing I learned about life is to live for the now. It what matters most. And appreciate everything and trust the universe and what you put out there will be like putting quarter s in bank.do good do the rght things and it will reward you . Well media empath plant seeds once in while. Everyone watches but few understands ;-(

Such a great video. It is so true being a father is the best gift God has given me. It does have its ups and downs but as long as we strive to live God's example of being a father. But a vital part is remembering that we are a husband before a father.

I'm really sorry for you. It makes me really sad when I hear about fathers not trying to lean into the role that has been given to them by our Heavenly Father. I pray that you and I would be different dads than that. I pray that you and I would look at God and want to be a dad like that. May you see God's work in your life today.

My dad walked out on my mom and I. He turned gay and divorced her, but since that happened I have some father figures in my life who would do anything for me. I rather have them than my dad anyway.
If I can offer this.... be involved in a church and seek council from your church leaders the whole time you're dating someone. From the first date, and weekly after that. If they don't think he's a good guy, move on. Feeling are strong and the "storm of emotion" we often call love will wear off in marriage in 6-36 months. And then you'll see who you really married. That real person is the person you'll live with forever. Often small church leaders can see what we can't. Get their council

In conjunction with Father’s Day, I’m releasing my latest book: Title: Hi Dad, Create Original Fairy Tales for Your Kids - Grandpa Can Do It Too! This is my contribution to Fatherhood.
