its a shame the first quali run wasnt higher as it shouldve been a high 90s but i guess thats just what happens when you go sooner unfortunately
From my perspective the second run with Nik Nak shouldn't have been an incomplete. But yeah there were multiple calls that weekend that weren't on par with their usual standards. Just like your first qualifying run...

Despite the rain causing issues, it was still a great show. And I'd like to congratulate the Eurofighter's timing belts for redeeming themselves after their previous Riga, and staying in the engine for all runs this time!
They absolutely screwed you in Qualy that day! Watching it live it was mid 90's run only logical explanation was you we running so early on in the session!
Sometimes it goes your way other times it doesn’t. I qualified 1st in DMEC Mondello and I was one of the first cars. We all make mistakes

there are times when the judges judge based on jealous expectations and not the circumstances, this was one of those events.
James seems like such a chill down to earth guy. He is such a phenomenal driver and all the while so humble. It's been fun watching him in drift Masters, LZ World Tour and with RTR. The RTR team did/is doing so amazing this season. I was really hoping that everybody could get a win but I'm still rooting for him. If it stays this way RTR is going to dominate the next season as well. Congratulations on all your success Dean!
Edit: That really long "sweeper" at the speeds y'all were doing in the rain made it seem like it took forever to get through 🤣

I was disappointed when the word I had at hot pit was that my car was going to spin out if it wasn’t for the contact, I’ve had this car doing well over 90 degree transitions many times without spinning so I thought this was harsh considering one of the top qualifying runs went into that wall at similar snap to angle. A car doesn’t spin until it has spun but doesn’t matter I messed up my chase with frustration unfortunately.

When I seen "incomplete" I just started laughing. If you're going to spin out, on that surface, you would have spun long before the contract. Fvck it, I think they are just mad you decided to run FD full time and skip some DMEC events. They are just salty

is it possible that the first quali run is below 90 cause of the SLIGHT corrections before the outside zone 3 and during zone 4? I feel like the judges sometimes unfairly take out points to some drivers cause of small details like that..

Hey Deane, why was the RPMs reduced? Your s14.9 and E92 used to scream last year and now it sounds like it revs lower than last years .
He did say in the video tht they increased the RPM. So it probably wasnt as easy as usual to hit the limiter 😁

Feels like Riga did you bad this time. from my perspective you were doing it all to get trought to finals. qualifaying 100% rigged you. i tought 96 for sure and then the 89 broke a lot of hearts
