agree 100% hes 3 times my age and somehow seems to have more energy than me. id kil for some of that. that aside tho i cant think of a single character in any TV show ever that i enjoy watching more than danny playing frank.. the dynamic between him and charlie is just incredible the shows been on for a long time now and likely only has a cpl years left.. just the thought makes me sad but it is what it is :)
"why are you eyes all red?" On account of the poison. There's actually a video that has every time they've said poison in the show, it's surprisingly long haha
So many missed opportunities for the crowd to show their appreciation for that man's legendary career and the iconic roles he mentioned. Danny is just an amazing person, not to mention a talented actor.
One of my favorite lines from its always sunny from Danny. *Mac is filming a staged video where the guys are supposed to react to a “badass” stunt by him* “is he gonna commit suicide? Suicide is badass!”
Danny didn't finish his Taxi audition story. He yelled "Who wrote this piece of s___t!" and the entire room erupted in laughter including James Burrows who almost fell over in his chair from laughing so hard. And that's when they knew they found Louie.
We must cherish this man, the day he leaves us is going to be a sad day for many, so many always sunny fans and not too mention this man's entire body of work, true fucken legend right here!
I didn't know he had already done the Cuckoo's Nest play before the movie! I just saw that live recently and was thinking the whole time how I wish he was playing Martini up there. One of my favorite movies.
It was hercules and matilda for me absolute legend throughout his whole career. Its always sunny is hilarious and hes such a delight to see on screen xD
Danny DeVito is a great actor. Love to see him in anything. Never fails to get a smile or laugh out of me. The farthest back I remember seeing him was when I would get home from school he was on Taxi reruns before Tiny Toons. He was a heel in Taxi but one of the strongest characters. Absolutely love his character Frank Reynolds in Sunny. Freaking hilarious! 😂
Danny is 100% old Hollywood minus the problematic elements. He's a professional that shows up and gives 100% and isn't too proud to talk about how the sausage is made.
Danny, love to see you here. I always think of you as Louie. Taxi was the best comedy series ever. I have laughed out loud more at that show than any other.
I got to meet the cast of Sunny in Philly last week at the Met, flew all the way from Calgary to meet the guys and the only thing that could have made it better was if Danny Devito was there also. I love this man so much
Its crazy cuz I grew up on Danny, I’ve seen a ton of his movies and loved them, but now im a HUGE fan of Its Always Sunny, and now everytime I see one of Danny’s old movies all I see is Frank Reynolds🤣😂🤣😂
FX didn’t have a budget to promote It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and wanted to add a big name celebrity who could generate free publicity after season one. Glenn Howerton recalls FX telling them a big name actor was going to be joining the cast. He and Rob were pretty sour on the idea and were about ready to walk. But when FX revealed it would be Danny DeVito they got very excited and couldn’t wait to work with him
I will never get tired of Danny DeVito saying the word "hoo-er"
Lol I watch too much sopranos to get a huge reaction from it. I did see this comment first and waited for it tho :)
Sometimes I look in the bathroom mirror and say “the clothes off, POSE OFF!”
The way he yells "Did you bang my wife?!" during that episode was golden lmao
@@brittnivgymcoach Ralph is hilarious
He just adds an apostrophe and says who're lol
I want to see Danny come out of the couch on a late night show. That would be the perfect entrance.
More probable on Conan
@@arkadiuszkieler4085 imagine Danny Devito on the Eric Andre Show
@@jimmy-breeze dead
Sounds dangerous
Is there a man in that couch?
Danny devito is one of those actors I could listen to for hours talk about his career.
Truly a legend. What he can do with a single look is unparalleled.
Guys pushing 80, still sharp as a tack and full of life. How can you not love Danny devito?

I guess the days of the stereotype of a person that age in a rocking chair and frail are long-gone
Hope he lives til he’s 150
Danny's hiding a fully grown adult squirrel in those trousers.
Hahaha...My eyes went directly there. Now I have something to discuss with my therapist next week.
haha yep
well THANKS I guess
😄😀😅🤣
“His balls are like planets.”

Everytime Danny DeVito talks he sounds like the interesting uncle in the family who always has a funny story about his life
It makes me happy that Danny looks and sounds the same as the second* season of always sunny
Danny is a legend
My favorite Frank line from Always Sunny, "Please excuse me. I have dog poison in me."
Hahahahah
IT'S NOT THE CLAMS
"why are you eyes all red?"
On account of the poison.
There's actually a video that has every time they've said poison in the show, it's surprisingly long haha
Can I offer you a nice egg in this trying time?
@@jNoSocks perfect line.
Danny has done so many great projects over the decades. I remember him in Taxi, and he was great back then. He's only gotten better since. 🤠👍
don't forget the father in Matilda, he had a weird mustache and was always getting sketchy packages
So many missed opportunities for the crowd to show their appreciation for that man's legendary career and the iconic roles he mentioned. Danny is just an amazing person, not to mention a talented actor.
Agreed! Clap goddamit!
Ya this crowd was a real dud. He was playing all the hits!
One of my favorite actors, since I was a small child.
Louie voted one of thee best television characters.
Was the crowd asleep?
I really want all Sunny cast to be on SNL as hosts not just Charlie, not just Danny.... All of them!
Great idea. Having them on as an ensemble host.
might as well just watch it's always sunny and not ruin it with terrible snl writing

Arnold and Danny still being friends after all these years is the best thing
They were twins!
Matilda is still my favorite of his directing
War of The Roses is also very good.
Absolutely brilliant film 💖 he direct that film with a lot of love and care
He looks awesome for 77. God bless him, I was a Taxi fan and other than the grey hair, he looks the same
77?? Wow he seems like hes 60 maybe
We must cherish this man, the day he leaves us is going to be a sad day for many, so many always sunny fans and not too mention this man's entire body of work, true fucken legend right here!
Ive been thinking that too. I for one will definitely weep. The earth is lucky to have him. May he blessed with a long happy life.
My man is goddam tripod 😂 - But somehow i like to think we already knew that in our collective heart of hearts.
I was worried I was the only one that saw
Death to Smoochy is criminally underrated.
Great movie. Even Jon Stewart was in it.
Danny DeVito looks at the audience during a conversation, respect
Such an amazing guy. Very talented, very kind, and always working on something.
My dad remembers Danny when he helped his parents at their candy store. Dad said Danny was the same as a kid.
I didn't know he had already done the Cuckoo's Nest play before the movie! I just saw that live recently and was thinking the whole time how I wish he was playing Martini up there. One of my favorite movies.
So those pants taught us Danny has huge balls...good for you Danny!
Danny, you didn't have to bring a cornucopia in your pants to the show, but I'll will say damn your wife must love the song Big Balls by ACDC...
I'm amazed at how much younger he looks here. Looking great Danny!
For me he will always be the immortal Louie De Palma. I don’t think any one character ever made me cry laughing as much as Louie.
I like Danny / Frank so much I was willing to watch a Seth Myers video.
It was hercules and matilda for me absolute legend throughout his whole career. Its always sunny is hilarious and hes such a delight to see on screen xD
Danny DeVito is a national treasure. I don't know anyone who has anything bad to say about that guy.

When mentioning Its Always Sunny, he thought of Charlie first

Death to Smoochy is a very underrated film. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Still don’t know why some people crapped on it at the time.
Bc that's what ppl do. Crap on movies now and then remember them as great later. What movies do you hate today?
We need a flash back episode and bring back Devito and the actress that played his wife for it’s always sunny
Never knew he also directed "Throw Mama Off the Train." 😳 the man is the most humble talented person💓
I would sacrifice my life source so Danny DeVito could be alive for 50 more years
I enjoy how Sunny is theirs and they do what they want.
Everytime Danny tells a story, I feel like I'm on a boat on a tour of the Schuylkill River
Danny’s such a legend…I love this guy
Danny is the man! I love that fella.
You can hear him slowly turn into frank as he goes on, he can't be contained.
There’s needs to be a documentary about this guy
Its crazy cuz I grew up on Danny, I’ve seen a ton of his movies and loved them, but now im a HUGE fan of Its Always Sunny, and now everytime I see one of Danny’s old movies all I see is Frank Reynolds🤣😂🤣😂
SETH please day drink with Danny!! He has his own lemoncello
Now that Betty White is no longer with us, Danny DeVito has taken the thrown as "America's Sweetheart"
What made it a show I love was that it had believability off the bat. Starting from a blank canvas, it was what was going on at the time.
With podcasts being what they are, these little shows feel more and more unauthentic every time I see them.
Danny Devito is a national treasure! Period!
What an absolute legend.
I just wanna hear a rendition of "Tonight is your night Bro"
DeVito is a national treasure!
Anyone else clock Danny’s hammer? Gahdamm
Looks like a bag of marbles lol
He's just so... PURE!
Protect this legend at all costs please
When Seth mentions sunny you can see Danny's eyes start to glaze over into frank mode
DeVito is the full package!
This man is a treasure.
I love Danny DeVito so much
what a legend.
Seth knows if he puts "always sunny" in the title that the sunny fans will show up
No applause for Throw Mama From the Train was a shame
Damn Danny has a third troll foot
I could listen to Danny talk about anything.
I absolutely love this guy. Such a gem
How have I never heard of or seen this "Death to Smoochy"? Is it good? 🤔
Love Danny ❤️
A true treasure
No matter what I have to watch an episode of AOS at some point in the day😂🙌🏾amazing
This man is very funny. His voice is great.
Nice to know their is a History of The World Part 2 !
I love Danny Devito! I love Frank!
Always sunny in Philadelphia used to crack me up, would like to see it on a streaming service
It's on Netflix, in the UK at least
It's never left Hulu
They were also in Junior together. I love Twins and Junior 😊
He's firing on all cinderblocks
Only took 4 min to get to it's always sunny..
I loooove Danny ❤❤❤❤❤
This dude is my hero, no joke.
❤Danny devito is awsome
Just love Danny! Legend
I love him so much
I fucking love Danny DeVito
I thought the way he spoke on always sunny was for the show and not how he actually talks😂
So i started blasting
You can tell the audience is very young.
I always figured it was a continuation of his character in twins.
So are we just going to pretend we weren't all staring at Danny Devito's massive johnson for the duration of this interview
Is everyone just goving to miss him talking about history of the world PART 2!!!
“So anyway I started blastin”
