They follow PC in most aspects. They should add the real bullet drop PC has. There aren’t 300 meter sprays in PC. As long as 556 guns are too easy to use. We’re gonna have this issue.
5.56 spray meta is due mainly to game mode. You'd get more variety if FPP were viable or in zombie modes etc but spraying is king as long as the main event is TPP.
Some of the most fun I’ve had in this game is when I would run load outs that were against the meta. Once you’ve been playing for so long, switching up to more challenging weapons is the way to go. It makes you change your play style and, in my opinion, can make you a better player in the long run.
Add some versatility in the RP missions. Every season there's at least once "kill 10 or 20 with the M416". Promote other guns!! And not just kill 1 with a scar... or 5 with the M249 (which I do love a lot - crazy weapon on short bursts)
So, the first issue is, there needs to be a reason to use something other than an AR, and right now, there isn't one. There could be, if they added a little realism to the model. I completely agree. Full auto was removed from the M 16 in the military for a reason. Spraying is for suppression fire only. It's useless at hitting people
Yeah I like it so much. It sounds very satisfying, it spawns on karakin and vikendi(my favourite maps) and it has very nice recoil. Also looks kinda cool
if i was still playing (its been 2 years since i left) i would still run akm with s12k or kar98k (even though my snipe wasnt that good😂) and for pistol m1911 but now its deagle
definitely great content to see!!! It's sad to know that (competitive wise) there are only 4, maximum 7 OP weapons that you have to always run with them (M4/UMP/AUG/Mini-14/DBS/etc.) while there is such a variety of weapons and combinations you can use. Not only on weapons but attachment builds... for example the honey badger & ACE32 with a suppressor is so freaking OP in classic matches! But in scrims it's just good in very specific situations :/

@@BushkaOnBlitz a better tweak to that scenario would be - all weapons still knock the same, but how much health you have remaining after knock for rez time is variable high or low depending on which weapon you were knocked with. i.e. snipers & DMRs leave minimal knock health & pistols leave large knock health. Plus you could also make it range dependent for anything outside sniper/DMR categories, so a knock from 2m leaves less health/available rez time than one from 20m, etc.
Maybe the should have more bullets damage drop off at anything over 50 meters. Either that or make ARs on compatible with scopes up to a 3x when spraying
I would appreciate a video explaining and giving examples of what desync is compared to lag and the issues with high ping when playing Pubg. I have friends on Pubg with great ping who don't believe I have desync or say they get desync when they clearly don't. It would be great if there were a video explaining how high-ping players always have to pre-fire and the issue with shots not registering. Also, it would be good to have a guide explaining how you can play with high ping and mitigate most of the effects of desync. Thanks boss

i feel like they should make the m16 have the full auto mod built into it. have its bullet velocity increased but keep its same recoil pattern and firing rate. i feel like that would be interesting
I think part of the issue is the rendering limits of mobile, if I think 300m is still Mid range. If snipers could hit targets at 600m or more with bolt action, but the spray at that distance is way too imprecise, then we’d see more variety.
Thank god I switched to New state . Where every category has their own place in the meta. With all shotguns op up close. Smg op as well. AR kind of do it all. And Snipers kings of long range.

The game meta won’t change and sadly it probably never will as there is just too many expensive gun skins for the m416 and the scar whereas the slr and even the dp don’t have them so the game will lose money and the developers don’t want that
It doesn't matter how much they balance the weapons because for most, weapon selection isn't being determined by stats of the guns. A large number of people are always going to derive their weapon selection from the loadouts they see the pro players using. After all, it's an endorsement. If the best players in the world are mostly using an M416, why should I be using anything else if I want to get just as good? So it doesn't really matter what the developers do to the weapons, until the pro player and UA-camr meta changes their selection... Most players are just going to copy what they see the pros using. Which is an M416 and X. 😂
It's a simple fix and a hard one!! Simple fix is tondo something they haven't done since season 1!!!!!!! Nerf the scopes!!! Make 6x a dmr/sniper only scope, 8x bolt only..and 3x and 4x nerf the recoil. The hard fix is get rid of more cheaters...the vast majority still use m416 becy it's hard to see their no recoil hacks on that gun
I think in PUBG games the guns need to be realistic. CODM is fantasy And long spraying is cool but I would love if spraying past 50 meters was simply impossible to control. According to brenden Green pubg was designed to be a tactical survival game and not a rush gameplay shooter game. Easy spraying turns it into a run and gun style game. People will always choose the M4 in pubgm, the player base absolutely believes it is king and because it is still very good they won't switch. AUG is better but most people get good at a certain gun and stick with it.

It's funny how the weapon changes match PC but the meta never will until we get the damage drop-off, the air resistance, animation kicks for all guns when prone and just a soupçon more recoil. Changes would have to be introduced slowly to minimise the screaming but it could be done and then, boy would the game be better for it. Before the crate AUG was buffed my thought was to just keep that the same and add recoil to the rest - it could have been a crate weapon just on spraying alone as a USP. I think it's just too big a change for the devs to swallow. So you'll be seeing dots for the next week or so? Just to add to the agony can I ask for a separate animation kick stat. It would be great to get the full recoil profile standing, crouching and prone - perhaps the extra stats could be added on a gun per week approach to reduce the task? We might start seeing a clear percentage recoil change between positions so we can begin to make estimates.

I really think 556 meta needs to go but like you said ars should have damage drop off over range is more complicated than you think. Like say, we give every ar a damage drop off after say 50m. Then, to keep things in line for every ar, we have to nerf damage of both 556 and 762 weapons for consistency purposes. 762 weapons aren't meant to used at range but nerfing an aspect of them that isn't utilized in the first place is questionable. Also if they only give 556 ars a damage drop off, it will make game a little complicated for new players as understanding a weapon is already so complicated and we, casual players have to rely on amazing people like you to know the details of a gun, and that will be even more complicated after that. And say, if we nerf ars, then smgs suddenly don't have a damage drop off despite being a full auto weapon. Even tho, we don't use them at range but from a game design perceptive, those have to be nerfed as well to maintain consistency across all full autos. Which again is a questionable nerf. And if all of this is done, just so that we can get rid of a single weapon from the meta, that's a sign of questionable game design. I'm not a game developer or designer but based on my experience in gaming since my childhood, good developer teams tend to have some sort of consistency in their games and this change will kind of ruin the consistency we have rn. So I think, nerfing m416 ( and aug if u wanna consider that as well) is the only way out of this imo. Again, I could be wrong. Infact, I could be horribly wrong but I'm just speaking my mind. Hard disagree. Nerfing damage over distance of all full auto weapons makes complete sense to me, seeing as it's way more realistic too. And nerfing the damage over distance of .762 ARs and SMGs isn't questionable at all, since it wouldn't really affect them since as you mentioned, they aren't that effective at range anyway.

To get a single gun out of the top of the meta, if we follow this damage over range concept, the team has to rework damages of five 762 ars, five 556 ars, 3 9mm smgs, I think 3 .45 smgs, so in total 16 guns will have to be nerfed and the entire gameplay design has to be changed of a game that has been running on this gameplay design for 5 years. Unless, they're really planning a big update, I don't think they're gonna do this. Coz why they have to rework 14 other weapons in the game, just so that the other two can be pulled out of the meta, when there is an option to nerf both of those guns to the ground. And I mean they're capable of doing that like m249, and dp 28 to some extent. And personally I can't remember when's the last time we had 16 balance changes in a single patch. That's all I want to say.
Maybe content creators should encourage the OP nature of a nonAR gun like the DBS instead of asking for it to be nerfed. If we feel this game is an AR meta and would like to see concurrent effective alternatives, then let's not advocate nerfing alternatives. #Feitz, etc.. Simply put, nerfing damage distance for ARs will likely just change the game to a DMR Dp28 type spray.

It is the audio marker setting. Log into game. Go to your settings menu. Click on your controls settings. Advanced settings at the top. Scroll down until you get to Assist features. Look on the right side it should say "Main Screen Audio Markers". Disable, Only in Aftermath, Classic Mode. Click on Classic Mode.
I think this stems from competitive players, all these PCM wannabes watch their idols play with m4 and how they 6xscope spray standing makes them wanna be just like them.. so the Meta won't change until they change the competitions where perhaps they remove the m4 as part of the game play and you'll see the change in players running m4.
You are discounting the thing you have brought up in the past - the M4 has no pop after the first bullet. The aug has a large pop after the first shot. That seems small, but it is not
Bushka, the m4 has nowhere to go. It's more about its position in the lineup than the gun itself. It fills a very specific gap. There's really not much room to change it without throwing off the whole lot of them. There's just very little margin for change, as it has to fill a particular spot. If you change the m4, you'll end up with another famas that doesn't really have a good spot that other guns can't fill better.
Sad really. As you said you want to win run an aug and a mini but I can’t resist running an AK and kar so fun despite the spray and pray game play from 250+m. All that needed to happen in season 2 was nerf the m4 and presto a whole different world
For DBS and generally shotguns I don't think they are op in my hands becauss of the bloody potato ping But fir AR just give them more damage drop off over distance even if they be as laser beams but reduce the damn damage over distance so they stay relevant to kill over distance as spraying but not dominating it 24/7 every damn time

Bushka, do you agree that a sniper should kill people in max 2 shots? No matter which sniper, no matter where it hits and no matter from which distance. Maximum 2 shots. I think that the AWM if left untouched and becoming a world drop is actually a good idea for snipers to serve as a viable alternative to spraying. The M24 and Kar98 should just be removed or remodelled after the AWM stats but offer niche differences like 556 ARs do.
Look im barely learning gyro and i kinds struggle with aug without decent attch and i will run a m4 alot more becuse i need more accuracy when im plqying with worse attch i used a aug and beamed someone and he had 10 hp because i missed shots its my skills that are not good enough but with m4 i can in traning grounds i will always use the aug becuse its a bit harder to use i use no attachments and i practice for real fights
I think this is dumb, regardless if it was nerf or not I would always choose the m4 because I have it FULLY UPGRADED, kill message & loot crate rather than use another gun that doesn’t have those features. Maxing out a gun is expensive. If they want CHANGE kill messages & loot crates have to be easier to obtain

The meta is not at fault. It's players adjusting their sensitivity to the point of even considering long range spraying. On default settings, long range sprays aren't possible or even minimally as effective. Settings adjustments are to blame. The guns are fine, they've always been. I myself play on default settings, therefore I am compelled to run dmr or sniper before even considering anything long rang related. And BTW, you literally never see long range sprays in pgs. PGS is a phenomenal success. It's purely a pubg mobile problem. And the sad part is that it makes the game look ugly/unnatural. This will kill pgmc. No wonder pubg mobile doesn't have a PNC equivalent. It's clearly the inferior product at the moment. I've definitely lost interest.

And nerfing the damage over distance of .762 ARs and SMGs isn't questionable at all, since it wouldn't really affect them since as you mentioned, they aren't that effective at range anyway.

To get a single gun out of the top of the meta, if we follow this damage over range concept, the team has to rework damages of five 762 ars, five 556 ars, 3 9mm smgs, I think 3 .45 smgs, so in total 16 guns will have to be nerfed and the entire gameplay design has to be changed of a game that has been running on this gameplay design for 5 years. Unless, they're really planning a big update, I don't think they're gonna do this. Coz why they have to rework 14 other weapons in the game, just so that the other two can be pulled out of the meta, when there is an option to nerf both of those guns to the ground. And I mean they're capable of doing that like m249, and dp 28 to some extent. And personally I can't remember when's the last time we had 16 balance changes in a single patch. That's all I want to say.

Maybe content creators should encourage the OP nature of a nonAR gun like the DBS instead of asking for it to be nerfed. If we feel this game is an AR meta and would like to see concurrent effective alternatives, then let's not advocate nerfing alternatives. #Feitz, etc.. Simply put, nerfing damage distance for ARs will likely just change the game to a DMR Dp28 type spray.

It is the audio marker setting. Log into game. Go to your settings menu. Click on your controls settings. Advanced settings at the top. Scroll down until you get to Assist features. Look on the right side it should say "Main Screen Audio Markers".
Disable, Only in Aftermath, Classic Mode. Click on Classic Mode.

I think this stems from competitive players, all these PCM wannabes watch their idols play with m4 and how they 6xscope spray standing makes them wanna be just like them.. so the Meta won't change until they change the competitions where perhaps they remove the m4 as part of the game play and you'll see the change in players running m4.
You are discounting the thing you have brought up in the past - the M4 has no pop after the first bullet. The aug has a large pop after the first shot. That seems small, but it is not
Bushka, the m4 has nowhere to go. It's more about its position in the lineup than the gun itself. It fills a very specific gap. There's really not much room to change it without throwing off the whole lot of them. There's just very little margin for change, as it has to fill a particular spot. If you change the m4, you'll end up with another famas that doesn't really have a good spot that other guns can't fill better.
AUG is fairly amazing, to be honest. Very much enjoying it.

But fir AR just give them more damage drop off over distance even if they be as laser beams but reduce the damn damage over distance so they stay relevant to kill over distance as spraying but not dominating it 24/7 every damn time

Bushka, do you agree that a sniper should kill people in max 2 shots? No matter which sniper, no matter where it hits and no matter from which distance. Maximum 2 shots.
I think that the AWM if left untouched and becoming a world drop is actually a good idea for snipers to serve as a viable alternative to spraying. The M24 and Kar98 should just be removed or remodelled after the AWM stats but offer niche differences like 556 ARs do.
Look im barely learning gyro and i kinds struggle with aug without decent attch and i will run a m4 alot more becuse i need more accuracy when im plqying with worse attch i used a aug and beamed someone and he had 10 hp because i missed shots its my skills that are not good enough but with m4 i can in traning grounds i will always use the aug becuse its a bit harder to use i use no attachments and i practice for real fights

I think this is dumb, regardless if it was nerf or not I would always choose the m4 because I have it FULLY UPGRADED, kill message & loot crate rather than use another gun that doesn’t have those features. Maxing out a gun is expensive. If they want CHANGE kill messages & loot crates have to be easier to obtain

Papa bushka, you can't fix what isn't broke, I get what you are saying, but would that make for exciting fights at pmpl? Pubg has gone for fun over substance and they rake billions every year for it, but I feel they will keep buffing and nerfing because every season we expect changes
The meta is not at fault. It's players adjusting their sensitivity to the point of even considering long range spraying. On default settings, long range sprays aren't possible or even minimally as effective. Settings adjustments are to blame. The guns are fine, they've always been. I myself play on default settings, therefore I am compelled to run dmr or sniper before even considering anything long rang related. And BTW, you literally never see long range sprays in pgs. PGS is a phenomenal success. It's purely a pubg mobile problem. And the sad part is that it makes the game look ugly/unnatural. This will kill pgmc. No wonder pubg mobile doesn't have a PNC equivalent. It's clearly the inferior product at the moment. I've definitely lost interest.
