Wow, excellent video of your journey over Forester Pass. Your early view of the other hikers ahead and the distance was helpful, many viewers might not grasp the scale of these passes and the surrounding valleys and peaks. Your 360°video demonstrated the scale with having to pan up and down as well as wide. The low snow this early continues to amaze me, you have great luck with your timing to avoid the worst of the melt rushing through the landscape-and the resulting mosquitoes! 😂
Many thanks for the beautiful views. I have followed three groups, one likely 2 weeks ahead of you, the other a week, the scenery is so different with the melting snow!
Again, want to say thanks for how you depict your trek! It's so refreshing not to hear 10 mins of griping. FWIW, I think it's better to ignore the Far Out comments. At this point you have more than sufficient experience to study a map and make a reasonable provisional plan, leaving your heart and mind free to enjoy the trail as it comes. As you noted several times today, opinions are influenced by myriad unique circumstances. And as rapidly as things are changing, they're likely to be out of date too. Shine on!
Great videos! Beautiful views. Enjoying. Love the trio you have w Hollywood and Fireball. I hiked 400 miles in May. So missing the trail and envious of those in the Sierra. What day did you start at the border? Also, your Senchi looks like a wider head hole, has it just stretched out? (I’m in the market for one). Thanks so much!
Beautiful blue sky and incredible Mountain View’s! Hopefully the good weather will continue. Love your videos!!

The desert seems so long ago!
Congrats on Forrester!
You plan it right by delaying going to the high Sierra and avoiding the high snow! Sliding down the look like a lot of fun! Good luck!😂
