Major General VPS Bhakuni, VSM, was commissioned into the Dogra Regiment in 1981. He has rendered distinguished service of 37 years in the Armed Forces. The General Officer has participated in various operations including Counter Insurgency operations viz., Operation Pawan (Sri Lanka-IPKF), Operation Rakshak, and Operation Parakram in Jammu & Kashmir. The General Officer has performed the duties of Colonel General Staff (Operations) of a Corps in Western Theatre and MGGS (Info Sys) and Chief of Staff of the prestigious 15 Corps in Srinagar when Kashmir was under floods in Sep 2015. The General Officer assumed the responsibility of Commandant, Selection Centre South in Jan 2016 which is tasked to select officers for Army, Navy, and Air Force till his retirement in June 2018.

Please upload an interview of a good candidate especially a repeater, by which we can learn more.
Let's appreciate him for giving this interview infront of around 100 people. Pressure is high when you are discussing your life infront of these many people and cameras. Still he was confident, that shows he can keep his cool and work under pressure. One must put himself in the interviewee's shoes and analyse the situation, then give his views in comment box. Nobody's perfect, Life is about improvements. he's a fresher, I'm sure he'll improve himself with the guidence he's got and get selected.

It is tough to get interviewed openly in front of around 60 to 70 people. Also when you are being recorded, knowing that it will be uploaded on UA-cam. Let's thank Siddharth for being such a sport. All of us have gotten a chance to learn so many things about SSB interview on his expense. All of us are learning. He will also work on his mistake and will be an officer one day. In my opinion he did fairly well knowing he will seen by so many people. He is a fresher so some nervousness will be there.

according to his attitude he is not now suitable to become army officer he seems to be overconfident and arrogant and he he got this he will also become more like this
It is tough being interviewed in front of so many people and while getting recorded, knowing it will be uploaded on UA-cam, where people like you will do commentary.
Empathize with him. He will learn and improve. It is easier to blabber than putting your skin in the game.

Increase confidence of someone , instead of showing his shortcomings and how can u judge someone that someone is suitable or not for Armed Forces????

Acc to his attitude and also i have written he seems to be i am no saying he is that kind of person and you know what if there would be no camera or no recording still he would give the same kind of interview coz he is not under confident as per my knowledge people become less confident rather than becoming over confident and you know what rather to speak truth instead of just doing fake motivation coz at the time of real interview he will not do what he had done before and apart from this . it is my POV to that particular video but people like you exaggerate thing and make it more complex

@@rohansingha4223 I agree bro but what u think, u say and what u say, u do... Ultimately it all depends upon ur thoughts... And do u know words and swords have same letters? And both are to be used sensitively. Infact, u might be knowing that 3 important and key things are checked during ssb viz. Mansa, Vacha and karmana. Mansa is mind, Vacha is words and Karmana is action. And vacha is been checked by IO with whom u have one to one conversation. He is the only person who come to know more about u. He is the only person who give u more marks and he is the only person who recommends u easily if u satisfy him. Now, u have understood how words are important. Dont forget one line, " U can heal wounds but u cannot heal words spoken by u ". So use words wisely, not only for recommendation but also for saving many relationships
And I know you're gonna say if he's motivated enough he wouldn't care about the comments but think of this, people have different personalities and they're gonna act according to it so I'm just telling you not to judge someone because they're always room to improve

U might have seen Maj Gen Bhakuni sir, he was also not liking his attitude but since he is an IO, so he has to control and handle any kind of candidate.

8 bits in 1 byte.... Although he gave good interview , but too many hand gestures are not good , he is also sitting like he is talking to someone informally. This guy needs to work upon himself. As he is doing BCA or MCA he must know the basic things about it.... How many bits in one byte, one nibble etc are taught in class 11th if you have chosen CS
