@@MalaysianChopsticks each state gets 1 vote for each senator + 1 vote for each congressional seat and DC gets 2 votes (no senators) and 1 congressional seat. so basically, each state gets a minimum of 3 EC votes. All states are winner takes all based on state popular vote except for Nebraska and Maine (idk if this is in the game tho). there are 100 senators and 435 congressmen.
