note to everyone : pretty music, soft lighting and a minimalist, clean living space, and being gentle with your hand movements can make even the most mundane things seem aesthetic. also these people/they are probably upper middle class considering they're living this well(look around at the room. she's able to afford having a cat too).
if you really want your life to be "less miserable" or "less mundane:"
-organize small parts of your room at a time; maybe you throw a lot of items into a box and hide it under your bed. get that box and clean it.
-make a REALLY FLEXIBLE schedule. add in time to do the things you love. you'll realize as you're planning it out that you have more time than you thought.
-put important dates into a planner. it'll make you feel more structured and help you remember events that others wouldn't, like an acquaintance's birthday.
-have time to try out a new hobby. let's say it's gardening and you buy a pot, dirt and some seeds and start googling about your plant, or you print out some complex coloring sheets and start filling those out
i've noticed that all of these things can help you feel better without actually doing a horrible amount of changes or work
These days are tough and sometimes we lose motivation. Forget to take care of ourselves. So watching you relax and unwind is actually helping me to feel better😊

I know people struggle living in that “aesthetic life”, but don’t let these videos make you feel down. They’re made to have this sort of vibe, but everyone’s aesthetic vibe is different! Here’s some tips to having an “aesthetic life”
💗 Make it YOUR vibe. Everyone has a different style. Your aesthetic life won’t be like the ones you see on UA-cam
💗 Stick to a routine. Sometimes it’s very hard to (as someone with ADHD the struggle is very much real) but try and implement some habits you want (like exercising, reading, ect)
💗 Try something new. Find what makes you feel happy. Doesn’t even have to be an activity, it can even be some food or clothes.
💗 Take care of yourself! In all aesthetic videos, there’s always a sense of productivity. You are your number one priority, and you can motivate yourself to do great things! You’re amazing! Be what you want to be!

sometimes it kinda amazes me whenever i remember that in my place, the sky turns dark around 6 pm for the whole year and yet on the other side of the world its still completely bright and it only turns dark at 10 pm
Where I live in the summer it gets 100% dark at 7:30pm, but if we're talking relatively dark 7:00pm, 6:30pm fully dark on winter and 6:00pm relatively dark
Ikr! I was so surprised at how bright it was when it was almost 10 in the video. Where I live the sun sets at about 8pm in summertime.
Ikr I miss living in a place that got dark at a reasonable hour😂

First drinks milk and eat cookies
Then brushes teeth and washes face and cleans (skin Care)
And changes pijamas
Yep.. and then after 5 mins I become sneaky! Lol
I get my iPad my parents never noticed.. lol
Then I watch UA-cam!!
And then at 2 am or 1am I go to sleep when I’m like very tired lol..
Btw. I don’t do this now. It’s very important to have a good sleep so pls don’t do the same

Since everyone's sharing their night routine, I guess I'll share mine:
~Finish up any homework I have left 📝
~Go for a quick walk with my doggo before it gets dark 🐶
~Eat dinner 🥗
~Double check to make sure all my homework is done ✏️📝
~shower (sometimes this varies, although I do like taking showers at night more than in the morning) 🚿🧼
~exfoliate to clean my pores and remove blackheads ( I don't do this too much, it can damage my skin) 🧴
~moisterize 🧴
~feed my guinea pig his lettuce for the day 🐹🥬
~watch Netflix and hang out with my friends in acnh (sometimes I'll drink tea to calm me down) 💻☕️
~plug all electronics in and get my desk set up for the next day 📱💻📗
~sleep 🥱

Hey I liked this one! Good job. This is similar to my nighttime routine too, after I'm done with all the important stuff during the day, at night I like to either watch movies, play games, maybe edit a video or watch UA-cam videos until bedtime.
