Hi both it’s Ann what a cosy house ,they kept the place very tidy ,loved collecting things ,but it takes you a life time to gather your home around you ,an you think what’s it all about ,we can’t take it with us .Great video love Ann uk xx
Hi guys, I love you two! what polite gentleman you are! I love your series!. It made me realize what a lot of unnecessary junk and clutter I had in my own home!. I thought what would you two think if you came into my home after I died? So I decided to spring clean and declutter, I am now down to the basics. I intend to keep my life decluttered from now on. We come into the world naked and we die naked. I wanna keep my life to the bare minimum thanks to you guys! Would like to point out that at 39:17 and 39:20 there was an orb in the attic that circled Maureno went around the back of him then shot off.
I’m addicted to your videos! I’ve watched other channels of Urbex explorers. There are other good ones out there, but they just don’t take the time that you two take. A lot of videos they do are kind of dizzying the way they move the cameras around. I really appreciated how you two take your time. How you look in drawers, and open cabinets. The way you appreciate the details. Thank you so much for what you do! 🧡💛
HELLO GUYS,I found you 2 weeks ago,I'm fascinated with your work, very compassionate and respectful, keep showing us history and beautiful time capsules from the past, keep up the good work,BLESSINGS FROM MIAMI,FLORIDA,USA
Being 72 and living in Pennsylvania USA I doubt that I will ever have the chance to go to any other country. Thanks so much for sharing these awesome memories of times gone by. This home was awesome 👏 💜👍
Great tour as always guys! I wonder why the great pic was placed so far in the back of the short attic. Condolences to Remon on the loss of your grandfather. 💘
Hello from Texas! I just found your channel and came here to say how much I appreciate the respect you give to the items left behind. I know there is a "code" about disturbing or taking belongings however, I have only seen a handful of explorers who seem to care about the time stamp the articles leave for us to see and learn. Thank you thank you! "Be Excellent to One Another" "Be the Change You Want to See"
Encyclopedias - in Canada you could earn points at grocery stores then exchange for encyclopedias. There were also door-to-door salesmen who would sell them. As a student that was our source of information for assignments.
i can't help but think that the very ones who ransacked the house you were so carefully and caringly showing us would be the first ones to call foul should anything of theirs go missing, in yet they think nothing of taking from the house you are showing us. I hope your parents are very proud of both of you,
Wow! Another Amazing Video. Just so sad at the photographs of the family are left behind. The Clothes too. Could not believe that the water still came out of the faucets. The Attic space that never ended plus the picture in the corner. What an adventure. All the Antiques, China, glassware, furniture is so beautiful. I really have to wonder where the family members are and why they don't come back for all the items. It always breaks my heart to see that someone came through and took some valuable items. People have no respect for others property. I'm so glad that you both are so respectful and kindhearted. And show such professionalism and candor as well. Take Care & Much Love To You Both. Stay Safe & Healthy. Looking forward to your next find on your endless travels to places unknown and unseen. Peace To You Both As Well as Your Families.
I am so proud of Explomo! You know I've been keeping tabs of the awesome growth of your channel! Do you remember that back on 1/1/2020, you had 19.2K subscribers! And now ~ 74.4K!!! You know it is because of your reverent stories and treatment of the places you explore. Your filming, narration and your well chosen music helps. You are both such great guys! Remon, my sympathy to you and your family for the loss of your grandfather. This explore was wonderful, such a homey find with a great story. I'm glad that so many European elderly get to stay in their homes and allowed the solace of home.
Hi guys, really nice explore. That painting of the old man on the wall , I have a lamp of his whole body holding a lobster. The part that lights up is square and has tinted yellow glass with black metal trim around it . It’s about 65 years old and it’s beautiful. I was happy to see that painting . Love from the US Massachusetts (NewEngland).🇺🇸
Hello Maureno and Remon! Very unique house full of memories and cool items . I am love the bedroom with the pink bed, the wife of the owner did nice work with the crochet bedspread . Thank you for sharing your adventure in France! Please stay safe 😷👋🇺🇸👍😍😉💖
We need to keep these old encyclopedias as the "powers that be" tend to change what things mean or things that have happened over time. As a way to try to "change" our history. These old books, dictionaries & maps are more important than most people realize.
Love you both everything about your videos you tell us the story what a wonderful house very sad but they lived their an made many happy memories glad you are wearing a mask thank you for sharing stay Safe Ann
The attic explore was the most unexpected and fun part of the video. You went to the far reaches for your audience and the man in the photo was worth it.
Such a comfy home. I appreciate you two ' duck walking' in the attic, that's a 1st, I think? Thanks for such a detailed tour. Please stay safe out there
Hi Explomo , your nearly at 75k guys , you guys should be so proud of yourselves you've done an amazing job on your channel , you guys always bring your best to every video , i'm so glad i came across your channel by chance , i know your thanking us , but i'd like to thank you guys for bringing us on all of your amazing adventures and telling us the history and showing us some of the most mind blowing and beautiful places , this place was lovely a really liked it another hidden gem , it's a shame all those pictures were left behind , great find as always , Remon so sorry to hear about your grandfather, and now to end this comment lol PEACE OUT . :)
Hello Maureno & Ramen! I hope that You Guys are doing well & staying safe from COVID. You Guys find the most interesting places to explore and the way you show everything it is like being there with you! Safe Travels as You explore!
O que mais me impressionou nesse vídeo foi a grande quantidade conjuntos de refeição das incrivelmente lindas peças de porcelana, incluindo os pratos na parede
Hi Maureno & Remon, wow that home was absolutely filled with memories of what they did and where they went. What a great find, thank you both for taking us around their lovely home. I am so so proud of you both for all of the hard work you put in to each and every place you visit and always with high respect, I am crossing my fingers that you get to 75k which I am very sure you will because of the top content you produce. Thank you for sharing, much love. xx💖💖👌
This house tells a story of a wife that suddenly died, they were married for over 50 years, the husband lived alone but thankfully it was only for a very short time, losing his wife became too unbearable, the loneliness was overwhelming for him, the silence was heart breaking, no other family, no children, no grandchildren,...this lovely man died of a broken heart, which is the reason why everything remained in the house, I’ve watched many abandoned place videos! This is the second one that made me feel overwhelmed with such sadness, grief and loneliness, RIP to this couple, their souls are reunited in eternal bliss and that is the best part of this sad love story, it ended with her taking him by the hand and guiding him in to heaven 💕💙
The pink bedroom is just beautiful! The bed is exquisite. Even being abandoned for 8 yrs, it’s in very good shape. I enjoyed this video very much. Ty and stay safe.
What a beautiful place - I'm surprised so many abandoned houses exist. Here in UK, they don't exist like that. Take care you two, and thanks for taking us with you on your adventures . :-)
The entrance light on the ceiling is called “seeded glass”.😊 Remington was the same company that manufactured rifles. You boys have a lovely choice of music in your videos!
I've noticed that a lot of you explorers are always saying that any equipment you find, whether it's a walker, cane, etc, were used by an elderly person. Here in America that is not true. Many times someone has had an injury of some kind, or simply had surgery. I myself had to use a walker when in my 30's because I couldn't use crutches. Canes are the next step after the crutches or walkers. Many of our soldiers come home & have to even use specialized beds @ home because of their injuries. I've wanted to enlighten about we Americans & I don't know if that's the case in other countries, but just felt I should share. Keep doing what you do & I'll keep watching. Love from Louisiana in America. 🙋♀️💜🇺🇲
Totally agree with comments by Donette Miller. Here in the USA special equipment used to assist a person to be mobile is used by all ages from childhood to adults. To find any medical/assistance equipment in a home to assist a person to become more independent is not used for elderly only. Continue to do a great job in your explores.
@@nedrabohan9406 I didn't say it was totally an injury or surgical, I was giving another option for the use of the equipment, and of course unless they knew someone who could tell them it is all speculation. But thanks for the input.
I agree in the US you may use crutches, walkers, etc, but mostly in Europe it will be the older generation that uses these. Also you only have to look at the decoration of the property, their clothes, pictures, etc, to realise it’s a person from an older generation. Thank you for reminding us though
Hi dear friends from team Explomo, I loved how you wonderfully created the intro with the truly beautiful background music. - It's also amazing to see how most of the rooms were still a very good condition in that French family house. - Of course I also agree to you, that it is all the time a shame to find out, that especially items of a certain value like jewellery and pens have been stolen, - but at least the rooms haven't been vandalized beyond recognition, as it sometimes also happens in abandoned locations. - You are always so respectful and caring with the locations of your interest, and - what I really admire and love about your way of commenting is how you manage to give a new life to the former inhabitants and the location itself. - That's really an amazing talent of an excellent narration! - - Therefore you also belong to the best and most favourite explorers I am regularly watching. - I hope to see you soon and wishing you a lot more inspiring and exciting explores. - Take care and stay safe! The crochet bedspread was probably made by the woman and the pattern appears to be between 1900-1930 fell out of popularity in the 1940 era when solid bedspreads were the norm.
Good Morning to my favourite explorers! I have to stop at the bedroom because my ride to the store awaits me. I'll finish when I get back home. Remon, your hair has given me an idea for a new cut, now that it's growing out 😀 See you young lads soon. So far, I'm loving the house.
This was a very interesting house. Even on the first cabinet I’ve never seen hinges like that. I am gathering so many decorating ideas for the new home we will go to! I love the drapes separating the rooms. 🥰👀🥂10:21 How beautiful to see The fire back plate inside the fireplace with the coat of arms on it . must’ve been beautiful when the fire was lit.🌄.
