I absolutely love dolphins! Such amazing creatures! Those spins on the Spinner dolphins were worthy of their name! This video was National Geographic quality!

Thank you for making this video (and really all your videos). They are so bright and cheery and help me get through the Canadian winter until I can go back and visit your beautiful islands. Thank you!
We just got to Maui this week and have been seeing whales everyday from our balcony! Hoping to get lucky like you and see some dolphins when we are on the water:)
Hi there guys. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL ❤. Thankyou so very much for this video, much appreciated.. Currently packing up house, and will be moving to Hawaii. Y' all TC ALWAYS PLEASE ❤️ 🙏. Regards Kathy.
Hello guys! My family and I will be in Oahu and Maui in early July so I've been paying close attention to the covid restrictions and all things Hawaii for the past few months. I recently saw a post about tourists and vacationing in Hawaii and a local commented that many people who live in Hawaii aren't happy about tourism opening back up. Saying more or less that locals are enjoying the lower crowds, that tourism is ruining the islands and people are petitioning to put a limit on visitors. Just curious about your take on this, have you guys being hearing rumbles of these kinds on things?
Yes, folks have been nervous about opening the islands again since March 2020 when it all began. The state is balancing keeping the people safe while keeping people employed. The state and others are working harder now to diversify the economy away from tourism but that won't happen overnight. In the meantime, they are cautiously opening the islands with the testing program and listening to the community. Kaua'i is a good example of this. As always, we ask visitors who come in 2020 to follow the mask mandate, social distance, and respect the community and lands during their stay. Most do, but locals get more upset when they see visitors not wearing masks or gathering in groups. Visitors who have come since mid-October are still having a wonderful time on the islands per Hawaii Tourism Authority surveys.
Hi HVG! I looked through some of your old videos but I'm in need of some help! My parents 50th Anniversary is coming up in August and they've never been to Hawaii. They are 75 and 77 years old respectively. Would be my dream for them to make it there. I know rules and quarantines change daily, but fingers crossed it gets better by the summer. Do you think making an august reservation is a good idea? My favorite island is Kauai but I've heard they still have the strictest rules regarding quarantine/bubble/bracelet? How is Maui doing so far this year? That's where you are correct? My Mom is getting her 2nd vaccine shot today in fact but my dad has not gotten his first one yet. Any tips or thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Mahalo! Sorry to post on this video but it's the newest and I wanted to make sure you see this :)
They will love their trip out here. Maui, Hawai'i, and O'ahu have been consistent on the testing requirements. Kauai has been changing it and I expect them to stay cautious till the island is vaccinated. I would recommend a trip to Maui, O'ahu, or Hawai'i in August. We have gone out with them multiple times and done both boat sizes. Call them if you have a preference as they use different boats for different tours, I believe. Whale watching is usually on their smaller rafts but it depends.
in an older video Erica mentioned "best coffee in maui" , am here for 4 more days by cant find the video for reference. Can you please tell me where to get the best iced coffee in maui. Mahalo for a quick response.
Kraken Coffee! She loves their ice coffee. It is a food truck on Pi'ikea Ave. in Kihei. They had another truck near Costco in Kahului but I didn't see it there yesterday. I hope you like it too!

Hi! We booked with Ultimate but curious if you did the max 12 person or 26 person tour?
We have gone out with them multiple times and done both boat sizes. Call them if you have a preference as they use different boats for different tours, I believe. Whale watching is usually on their smaller rafts but it depends.
Hi we are going to Maui mid March, will the weather and water be too cold?
That’s a good one. It was in the high 80s today and the ocean a cool 77. It only gets warmer in March. Have a good trip!
